The house was beautiful, we very much enjoyed our stay. Every little thing you could think of was provided. We especially enjoyed the fruit trees.
Spectacular. Could not have had a better experience and stay. Such a beautiful place and a beautiful location. A+++
We had wonderful stay at this property. The house is set in the most amazing location, on a massive piece of land with one of the most stunning ocean views I have ever seen. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A truly magical place to relax. The hike down to the beach is gorgeous, and the beach itself is spectacular. Very few people, huge waves, and gorgeous Kauai sunshine -- perfect for lazy days, picnics, and unparalleled sunsets. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back soon!
PS: a few local recommendations -- Kauai Juice Company and
Kilauea Bakery (right in town) for breakfast, and Baracuda in Hanalei for an amazing dinner -- so good!!
Wonderful experience. Kahea was super responsive and easy to work with and even helped me find accommodations at a second location.
The place itself was beautiful. Perfect home in a perfect location atop one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Walk down is steep but very worth it!
Had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again.
Our stay was great the house is perfect size for two. The location is central north shore which was nice about 20 min drive either way to all the best sights and attractions. The house looks exactly like the pictures very nice inside and out. The hot tub was great for those windy cool days. We saw a lot of beaches and Secret beach behind the house was one of the prettiest even though the waves are too rough to swim. The house isn't right on the water there is a little walk down the hill to get to Secret Beach, but you may spend just as much time trying to find parking and walking to a good spot on another beach. The property is fairly private and even though there was construction next door it never disturbed us I barely heard any of the work going on. The construction was the one thing that worried me about booking the property but it was not an issue at all. Eric was very helpful and was available anytime we called him with a question. There is a grocery store about 15 min away, the laundry and dishwasher in the house was great. All in all a great place to stay, no complaints!
The host and her team made us feel very welcome. Eric did not hesitate to come in person and answer questions for us upon arrival. We really liked Kristine in the office. She was super sweet and very helpful. The neighborhood was beautiful with green pastures filled with horses and cattle. Every house on the street had a private, gated entrance. The houses appeared to be very high end. We rented bikes for the week and rode into the little town about 2 miles away to grocery shop, enjoy great meals and even took a superb yoga class. The walk down to the beach is a little far and a little hilly, but there are no other residences between you and the ocean. The beach is very beautiful, but the waves were very intense. A great place for reading and watching the waves, but certainly not good for swimming when we were there. We watched whales migrate while sitting on the lounge chairs at the house.
