What a beautiful place. The suite was exactly as described. The view was better than expected. Our Host Del made us feel at home immediately. He seems like an old friend just minutes after meeting him. The neighbourhood very quiet & located in a perfect spot to access the city's beautiful & fun amenities. Judy & I could not imagine a nicer vacation made perfect by Del & his lovely home! Thanks Del
Del has a wonderful home with a fantastic view, that is very clean and well-maintained. The location is easy to locate, yet tucked away from busy streets. Del is very friendly, and he made us feel most welcome. This was our first experience with AirBnB, and it was very positive. We enjoyed Del's conversations, and we also enjoyed a high level of privacy in the suite. Thank you, Del!
Del was a fantastic host - there were four of us including my mother and Aunt, and Del was most accommodating. The suite in the basement was exactly as described and was very comfortable for the four of us. Del included a complete breakfast and great conversation to the package! Wonderful view as well.
My Fiance and I stayed at the panoramic lake view BnB for a last minute get-a-way. We were so happy with our stay! The view was breathtaking. Del was very warm and welcoming; he greeted us and showed us around the walk out basement suit. The place was spotless. They even offered a few treats!
Del responded to our last minute inquiry speedy fast (within the hour).
Next time we are in Kelowna, we will be sure to stay at this beautiful BnB.
Thanks again for everything!

Del and Delores, what a wonderful stay we had with you. You have a delightful home with spectacular views of the lake. You made us feel so very welcome and Del your breakfasts were the best. Thank you so very much for sharing your home with us. We would highly recommend your property to anyone who is considering staying in the Kelowna area. Del, your knowledge of the area is top notch and was very helpful in our quest to finding our own dream home. Thank you once again for your hospitality.
Staying at Del and Dolores' place felt like staying with good friends. Our hosts were warm, welcoming and extremely helpfull during our trip. The house is located at a great location with a great view of the lake and walking distance to Mission Hill winery.
I took my wife, our new born and my parents had a three days trip in Okanagan valley in fall 2014. Del and Delores' hosting left our family wonderful memories. The first time meeting with Del was like visiting an old friend of us. We totally made ourselves at home after Del's gentle and peaceful talk of the history of the house. Behind the home-like experience is Del and Delores' loving and caring. We not only enjoyed the freshly cleaned sheets and bedding, but also the handy little appliances and books in every room. After Del knowing my parents staying at the room beside the furnace, he turned the furnace off overnight to ensure my folks enjoying a quite night sleep. At the night we arrived Del's home, my family were celebrating me and my wife's anniversary at the restaurant in Mission Hill winery. Interestingly a rare power down left the whole West Kelowna into darkness. As we came back to Del's home, Del was away at hockey game, and we were hungry and struggling to put our babe daughter into sleep. Del's wife shined a flash light into our rooms and call us up for a delightful candle light dinner with her signature beef stew warm left from dinner. The mornings after we enjoyed Del's signature breakfast and talking with the lovely couple on the patio. At the morning we leaving the house, Delore wrote me a lovely handwritten recipe for the beef stew. We will definitely make the candle light beef stew as a tradition from now on for our anniversary in the future years. Thanks to Del and Delore for your loving and warm hosting and leaving us sweet and meaningful memories.
Spent 45 years in Lloydminster, Alberta and was in business there for 28 years. I was also on City Council and the Public School Board. Retired here 7 years ago and love it. Have become active at Dragon boating, biking and skiing at Big White. In the photo.... I'm the guy in the yellow jacket biking on the old Kettle Valley Railroad in Myra Canyon..... Del
