Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. This Amish built tiny home is full of rustic, handpicked decor that's sure to impress the country-loving guest. You can travel through Amish country, hike Wildcat Mountain, float down the Kickapoo or simply settle in for a day of reading and relaxation. You'll see deer and turkeys right out your front door as you stare at the moon. Sit around the custom built fire ring and enjoy the sound of coyotes in the distance.

The space
Blue Moon Cabin #1: A Charming Driftless Escape
Welcome to the Blue Moon Cabin, a cozy, character-filled retreat designed with repurposed treasures and rustic charm. Nestled in the heart of the Driftless Area, this is the first of three private tiny homes on our property.
The Essentials
Sleeping: Queen-size bed with fresh linens
Amenities: Smart TV, couch, pub-style dining table, and a top-of-the-line P-TAC unit for perfect Heat & AC
Kitchenette: Coffee bar (Keurig + pods), microwave, mini-fridge, bottled water, popcorn, and basic tea/sugar/creamer.
Logistics: No running water. A private, dedicated porta-potty is located steps away. Shower facilities are available a few miles away at the Ontario Pavilion or Wilton Campground
Outdoor Space: Private custom fire ring (lighters provided; bring your own firewood) and a handmade picnic table.
Extras: Full RV hookup available for an additional fee / Smart vehicle charging is also available.

You don’t even have to leave the property to experience Wisconsin’s beauty. While sitting by your private fire pit, keep a quiet eye out for:
Bald Eagles soaring over the countryside.
White-tailed deer and foxes wandering the open fields.
Starry Skies: With minimal light pollution, the "Blue Moon" views are spectacular.
A Note on Nature: We share our space with wildlife. If the local "neighbors" (deer/cows/raccoons) leave a "gift" on the deck, we’ve tucked a shovel by the outhouse just in case!

Guest access
The tiny home is all yours. We do have additional acreage you are free to walk on outside of hunting season.
In addition, each cabin is equipped with an outdoor picnic table and fire pit with two chairs. We do provide some firewood, but for longer stays, you may need to replenish this on your own.
Other things to note
There is NO indoor plumbing or running water.
We do suggest bringing extra bottled water or jugs of water to assist with daily needs. We do provide some bottled water for making coffee, but want to make sure you feel prepared.
No pets.
Note that we do have two additional tiny homes on the property. Please see the pictures for proximity. Rent all three for a perfect family, couple or work retreat getaway.
Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING in the cabin!!!
Please do NOT take the linens outside. All bedding should remain in the cabin.
