Have fun with the whole family in this stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation with AC, wifi and its own parking space, on Rosario de Marbella beach, where you will find a magnificent fine sand beach, and beach bars a few meters away. It is fully designed for guests, so you will find everything you need for a magnificent vacation on the Costa del Sol. In the community you will find 3 swimming pools. Just 10 minutes from downtown Marbella and 35 minutes from the airport

The space
This modern and stylish apartment has two bedrooms, one with a 150 cm double bed with a full en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace, and a second bedroom with a 90 cm single bed with another full bathroom next to it. In the living room you will find access to the large terrace where you can enjoy your meals as a couple or family, and sunset views overlooking the sea. The accommodation has an underground parking space.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire accommodation, as well as the underground parking and the 3 community pools.
Just a 2-minute drive away you will find the Royal Tennis Club, where in addition to playing tennis, you can play other sports, and there is also a gym. Next to this gym you will find the nearest supermarket, as well as other shops and bars.

- We offer transportation service to and from the airport at a cost, upon request, please contact us if you wish to obtain this service.
- We can offer a travel crib with crib linen, baby bath and high chair, upon request, for a cost of €6/day
- We also offer a “Full fridge” service before your arrival, with up to 20 items for €30, in addition to the cost of the purchase.
- If you want housekeeping during your stay, you must let us know well in advance to arrange it, especially in high season. The cost will be €14/hour with one cleaner, or €28/hour with two cleaners.

El Rosario is one of the most beautiful residential areas in Marbella, for its fantastic location on the Costa del Sol and its fine sand beaches, highly rated on the coast. The sea, mountains and all services are very close, just 5 minutes by car from the old town of Marbella, golf courses, tennis clubs, beaches, many bars, beach restaurants, international schools, Costa del Sol Hospital, the main shopping center of the coast, La Cañada. The Sierra de la Nieves UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, with its centuries-old cork groves and pine trees, is also close by. It's less than a 10-minute drive to glamorous Puerto Banus, known for its luxurious and lively nightlife, and Cabopino Harbor is even closer, with its charming marina, beautiful restaurants, protected white dunes, and great beaches. The most modern beach clubs are all nearby: world famous and extravagant Nikki Beach, La Cabane with its‘ glam & chic ‘dress code, fantastic amenities and real clientele, the Orange Beach Club with an incredibly elegant avant-garde design, Star of the Sea with a magical atmosphere and Funky Buddha Beach known for its young and lively atmosphere.
