  • It was a great place and the host Terry was really nice. The coolest part is that on Sunday mornings there is a local market on that street.

  • It`s a room in two-bedroom flat, with a balcony, equiped kitchen. Everithing is clean and fresh.
The host, Teresa, is very friendly and helpful, desipte she doesn`t know even a word in English). I think, in emergency case you could call her son.
Districts seems to be the best choice allover Rome. It`s modern (60-70s), well connected (easy to come back from any part of Rome even in nignt), full with local genre cafes and shops. Streets seem safe, the building is safe undoubtedly.
On sudays from 7am there starts giant fleumarkt right in front of building. Wonderful!

  • As others have mentioned, Terry and Roberto are lovely. The room is comfortable and clean with plenty of space and the bathroom is also spotless. They respect your privacy but are also approachable and flexible regarding getting around Rome or to discuss what time breakfast will be served each day. The trastevere area is also great and the tram directly into the heart of Rome (which we caught every day!) as well as more local restaurants is literally at the end of the street. The train to the airport is also a short tram ride (same tram but other direction) away! Very convenient and good value in expensive Rome. Thanks Roberto and Terry for a wonderful first airbnb experience :)

  • I was only in Rome for a couple of nights. So I wasn't sure what to see and how to get around. Terry and her son were welcoming and helpful. They suggested sights and helped me figure out the busses etc. The room was clean and comfortable. Breaksfast was yummy. ONn the last morning Terry sent me off with a lunch bag. I

  • Terry was a very kind and warm-hearted lady. She offered me directions to places even though I was not able to speak her language. We managed to communicate successfully through gestures and writing. The.breakfast she prepared was delicious and nutritious.

  • I can't reiterate enough how wonderful of a host Terri is. She doesn't speak English, and I don't speak Italian, and yet some of my best moments in Rome were spent with her. After a late afternoon shopping I arrived back at the house, tired and starving. As if on cue, she rounded the corner with a bowl of some of the most perfect spaghetti I'd had in Italy. As we sat and ate pasta together in the late afternoon, I showed her the pictures of the places I'd been. Being there was like coming home to family every day, as I was traveling alone- that in itself made the experience so meaningful. As far as travel details go ; everything was spotless, the room is beautiful; closet to hang my things, private balcony to watch the world go by. Privacy was respected. Breakfast was perfect. Even after the first few mornings when I stopped rising early- (not a morning person) there was always yogurt, fresh fruit, and coffee. Transportation was a breeze- you're a short walk to the train station that goes to the airport and a block from the tram that takes you to the more touristy part of Trastavere. Stay for Sunday- the best street market ever is right outside the apartment. It's where I got every souvineer plus some- for almost nothing. I threw a coin in the Trevi fountain- so I know I'll be back.... And I'm definitely staying with Terri again.

  • Our stay at Terry's home was perfect. The room was nice and clean, we had even a balcony to relax a bit in the evening. The bed was super comfortable. The aircondition was perfect for these extremly hot days in Rome. Terry and his son are very friendly and open, they gave us some really good advices, how to experience Rome. Thank you for hosting us!

  • I stayed with my friend here, and she was very satisfied and happy staying here. The place is very clean. The host, Terry, couldn't speak in English, so she would communicate in Italian, but she's very kind. But her son who saw us outside of the building led us to the apartment and he spoke to us in English. The breakfast was wonderful and it was much more than we could eat. Yogurt, cereal, bread, different spread and toppings, cookies, fruits, coffee, tea, juice, etc. The bus stop is only a few steps away. Very near the train station Trastevere. Also very accessible if you want to enjoy night life in Trastevere. Highly recommended!

  • Terry is a wonderful lady who looked after both myself & daughter. The apartment is clean & homely and made us wonderful breakfast each day. Terry may not speak any English but after some hand gestures and a little bit of guessing we understood each other ( I hope)... The public transport to and from the city centre took us only 20 minutes with ease..
Terry's son Phil had given us directions prior to us arriving so we had no problems finding the place.
The bedroom was spotless and it was a pleasure each morning being on the Balcony watching the locals go about their daily lives. We had the delight one evening listening to a local chap singing and playing his electric piano almost outside our room.
Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay with a typical Italian Mamma with the home comforts. Gabriella

About
I can describe myself as a hard worker and very friendly person who always try to look things on the prospective of the person I am dealing with. I am curios and interested in different traditions and curiosities therefore I love to travel. I love the cleansess and to tied up the places where I live, and I spend much of my time on doing them. Also i like very much cooking, there is somwhere where i can use all my creativity. I started renting for holiday recently and now I like the idea of being able to become a beautiful memory in life of someone else.
