We've provided a bone china tea set (according to tea people this apparently keeps tea hotter for longer!), a kettle, a selection of teas (Peppermint, Organic Green, Every day, Wild Berry, Earl Grey, Chamomile) and caramel biscuits.
A range of interesting books on London should provide you with entertainment & inspiration (should you ever get stuck for something to do!)

Note: Please note that the bedroom is located very close to the utility room, however we will not use it at night or in any way that disturbs you or creates any noise.

Nice house，cute host. You won't regret staying here.Thank you...
Jamie is a wonderful host: the room was as described and he went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed, and more. We had the best sleeps of our entire trip due to the absolute seclusion and quietness of the townhouse. It is rare indeed to hear song birds in London! I just wish we had more time to get acquainted.
Great room in lovely Borough. All exactly as described
Jamie called us and sent email to ensure all was Ok. Neighbourhood just the best for central London (nice & quiet). Great cafes nearby, very easy access.
I second all the great comments about Jamie being a super host and his wonderful place. I would like to further underscore its great location, South of the Thames, close to the Borough Market and London Bridge, the Imperial War Museum, the Shakespeare Globe Theater, The Tate Modern Museum, the many dining and drinking places on the Bankside Walk, view of Saint Paul's Cathedral and the City. My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Jamie's

About the Host, Jamie
We really enjoy hosting guests and creating a special stay for you. That is because we are tidy, have attention to detail, and a love for hotels. We are also very proud of both London and our house, and love Airbnb as it lets us share both with other nice people! We are always keen to help you have the best trip to London, whether it be finding the best local restaurant, the fastest way to a meeting, or a special extra touch for a romantic weekend away.
Jamie : I’m sociable and friendly, but know when people need their own space. Enthusiastic, open minded, and sporty, with a love of politics. Passionately British, but not eccentric! I spend most of my time trying to resist ski expeditions, kite surfing trips, or water-skiing. I like to think that I can get on with anyone, from any background and any age.
Eric : I'm a friendly guy that loves pulling pranks on my boyfriend Jamie. I am a proud Australian and have lived in London for nearly 2 years. I have a terrible travelling bug that grows everyday within me. I love my premier league and support Arsenal. *CONTROVERSIAL* I also enjoy a night out on the town, so I can recommend where to go, for a good time.
