Beautiful luxury 3 bedroom apartment in the Norbrook area of Kingston, 10 minutes walk from three major shopping plazas. Six apartments located on 3 beautiful acres with a half mile walking trail. 5 minutes drive from Constant Spring Golf Club. All rooms including the patios have a central ceiling fan and all master bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Waterworks7 is a green oriented property, we harvest rain water for the gardens, all apartments have a 400 gallon water tank, solar water heaters and all toilets flush with harvested water. Every light bulb is an energy saver and most walk and outside lighting is done with LEDs.
The property is within a few minutes walk of mountains, beautiful scenery to almost an isolated wilderness. The Norbrook loop is a famous morning walk of about 2 miles. Accessible swimming pools, yoga lessons, golf course, shopping plazas, supermarkets, Burger King, KFC, Island Grill and more are a 10 minute walk away.
Other services are available on request, maid service to clean or a maid to clean, cook and other services for 8 hours during the day. A driver with a vehicle is available for errands with at least 24 hours notice. This can be shorter Mon - Fri during the work week.
Full cable service of over 100 channels is available and all apartments have large flat screen TVs. There is an emergency number for assistance at anytime during your stay. Before you arrive we will purchase a list of supermarket items and have them placed in your apartment to be available as soon as you arrive.
Your apartment has a 'whole house' water filter, so that all the water, kitchen and bathrooms are filtered. We think your health is also very important.

Interaction with Guests
We encourage our guests to interact with our ground, cleaning and ancillary staff.
Oh! We are in a lush beautiful, safe, quiet residential neighborhood. At the same time we are minutes walk from two large plazas with two supermarkets, two pharmacies, KFC, Burger King, Subway, Bus terminal, taxi stand, Farmers market and over 40 stores.
Two taxi stands, bus terminal all within 5-10 minutes walk. Also two huge plazas within 8 minutes walk from our apartments. Subway, Burger King, KFC, two supermarkets, two pharmacies, 18-hole golf course, farmers market, taxi stand, bust terminal and much more.
1) First we ask that you try to keep things as you find them in the apartment it makes it possible for us to keep our prices reasonable.
2) Please try not to smoke in the apartments since most of our clients prefer a non-smoking apartment.
3) Please place all food & trash into the trash containers available.
4) For the comfort of our other guests we ask that you play the stereo, tv at a reasonable volume.
5) Please park in the space designated for your apartment and ask all your guests to park at the front of the property.
6) If your leaving the apartment please turn of all appliances and lights.
7) Ensure that all doors are locked when you leave the apartment.
It was all about the appearance of the property and the availability of staff, the location is perfect and central to all transportation, restaurant, entertainment, supermarket or even the market place if your interested in obtaining real authentic Jamaican food.
My family and I stayed at Noel's villa for two weeks (1st - 15th May 2015) and thoroughly enjoyed it. The villa is located in the affluent Norbook area of Kingston Jamaica. It was clean and spacious and within close proximity to all local amenities.
I enjoyed sitting out on the patio and feeling the cool breeze each morning and night. The staff were very friendly and we had everything to our comfort. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Noel's cosy villa !!
The hosts were excellent, and the location of the apartments was amazing. Quiet, clean and convenient community. Had a little rough start in the beginning due to no fault at all to the host, but Ms. Lorraine went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure it was rectified immediately and everything went smoothly! I will definitely be staying here again! HIGHLY Recommended!
Once again our stay at 7 Waterworks was AMAZING!!!!....... We stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse for the first time and it was stunning!!!! Noel and his team always ensures that the accommodations are well maintained and beautifully outfitted.....nothing is lacking and it always feels like home. What you see in the pictures is what you get......and more.........Staying here beats staying at a hotel....hands down. Thank you so much Noel!!!!
This is the 2nd time I've stayed at one of Noel's apartments. Noel and his staff are amazing and the apartments are clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Noel and his team are great. The first minute we got there it felt like home. All of our rooms where clean and the small details and decorations made the whole apartment something special. Looking forward to stay again at this place.
This was our second visit in 3 years and, like the first, it did not disappoint. With the rains Kingston and St. Andrew have been having, the place was beautiful. The facility is amazingly good value.
