Welcome to Sunset House, a bright and cosy home with private parking in the centre of Tías and beautiful ocean views.

The space
From the private terrace, you can greet Fuerteventura and Isla de Lobos each morning and end the day enjoying stunning sunsets. Its location is also ideal for exploring the island by car, as everything is close by and it is a very practical base for discovering Lanzarote comfortably.

The house is not part of a shared residential community, but rather a private detached home. It also has private parking for the exclusive use of guests.

Next to the house is our garden studio. When we are not staying at our main home in Arrecife, we sometimes stay there. In that case, the pedestrian access from the street is shared, as it is the only entrance to the property. For that same reason, we are usually always nearby, so if you have any questions, requests or need anything during your stay, we will be very happy to help.

Just 400 metres away you will find shops, services and restaurants, and in only 8 minutes by car you can reach the best beaches of Puerto del Carmen. There are also several places nearby where you can go for lunch or dinner without needing to use the car.

In addition, right below the house there is a restaurant that is open every day except Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 19:00 to 23:00. It is a very convenient option if you feel like ordering something tasty and enjoying it quietly at home. Burgers, nachos, grilled meats... a very practical option when you want an easy lunch or dinner close at hand.

When you arrive, you can park comfortably inside the property. Going up the stairs, you will find a home laid out with one bedroom with a double bed, a second room with a workspace and reading corner, one full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and a cosy living-dining room.

The house has been renovated little by little over the last few years with great care, with attention to every detail to create a comfortable, practical and pleasant space.

For your stay, we provide bed linen, bath towels and beach towels.

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave a little later, just write to us and we will be happy to check availability.

The best beaches in the nearby town of Puerto del Carmen can be reached by car in 6 minutes. Along the coast, there are many kilometers of bicycle and walking paths, as well as an extensive line of restaurants, shopping places, and other services.

In addition, a grill restaurant awaits you at home, under your accommodation, every day (except Wednesdays) from 19:00 to 23:00, where you can enjoy excellent hamburgers, nachos, and grilled meats.
A grocery store, pharmacy, and several local restaurants are found a few minutes' walk from the property.
