About this listing
Room in centrally located apartment in Aarhus C 400 m. from the university. 10 minutes walk from here and you will be in the heart of Aarhus, namely the Latin Quarter, where there are plenty cafes, shopping and good restaurants in all price ranges.
The neighborhood is quiet and very cozy.
Of course I will provide for clean linens for two quilts (unless otherwise agreed). I will also lay out clean towels.
At arrival I'll give you a map of the city and my own recommendations for places to visit and places to go out.
There is a bus just around the corner directly to the central train station.
The airport shuffle also has a stop near by
BICYCLES: 10 Euros per day. Aarhus is great on a bike. 10 minutes to the beach, 5 to the botanical gardens park, 15 to the forest, 2 to the city center with supermarkets, cafes, shopping
Stefan's joint is great and really close to University and the main art venues in Aarhus. Nice place, lovely book collection (Stefan you must be a literature dude, right?) ... wish I had had more time to read through his collection! I recommend staying with Stefan, really lovely dude...
First time I did AirBnB and what can I say, I will definitely do it again. Stefan was a great host and the apartment and the surrounding area was perfect for a short trip to Aarhus :) Thanks Sandra
Stefan is a very friendly host and gives good hints for the city. His flat is good located and pretty central.
Dejligt central placering af lejlighed med gå afstand til alt :-). Hurtig svar fra Stefan på mail eller sms og meget serviceminded. Kan kun give de bedste anbefalinger.
Stayed two nights in Stefans apartment and despite we didn`t meet Stefan, he arranged that everything worked nice for us. The room we rented was big and clean, but the rest of the apartment wasn`t. No table to sit and eat. Otherwise great location !
Hey Jonah. I'm sorry to here that you didn't find the rest of the flat clean. That is a big priority for me, and nobody has mentioned that before - I'll come after it and make it better for future guest.
Concerning the table to sit and eat from - the room doesn't come with that. That you can see on the pictures..
Stefan is a very nice host. We arrived earlier and he met us in 5 minutes. He also gave us useful tips what to do and visit in the city. The location is great as well as the apartment. Thank you very much!

About the Host, Stefan
We are Stefan and Anne Katrine.
Stefan works in advertising and is engaged in the bicycle community in the city and all over the country. Also he’s engaged in the music business in the city. Anne Katrine is a competing architect and has several projects going on at her workplace and on her own. We are both very out going and we know the city (what's going on, what to see, what to do) better than most people!
Since the one of the residents of the apartment is an architect the place is stilish and the taste is over all pretty neat (you should have seen the place when Stefan lived there just himself!)
We spend our free time running, cooking, cycling and gardening at our new allotment house just out side the city. Also we are both fund of swimming in the sea all year long (yes also in freezing january)
We are open people and love to meet other people from where you come from.
Looking forward to meeting you and having you at our place.
