Welcome to Puntas! This listing is for 4 separate units that can be rented together. Stay together but apart at 2Casitas. We are up the hill from the beautiful Pools Beach (7min approx.) and a short drive ( less than 5min) to Sandy Beach and all of the great beaches, restaurants and popular spots in Rincón.

The space
Our property is in the heart of Puntas but feels far from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy our tropical backyard and pool.

There are two parking spots. One is covered and one is not. No extra large vehicles. Please inquire for more details. There is limited parking on the street half a block away.

The main unit (Casa Mar) is on street level. The secondary unit (Gypsea) is downstairs by the pool. The third unit (Surf Suite) is a lower level unit with an entrance by the garden/pool. This unit has low ceilings (6ft). The final unit ( Casa Nostra) is on street level.
The units are split between two separate homes on the same property.

We are on a beach access road. When there is surf, the road will be busy.

Guest access
Guests have access to our backyard with pool and a number of tropical fruit tress and plants. We recently opened a rooftop area. We also have backyard chickens, hens only. Please don’t not feed or pet the animals.

Other things to note
We have Starlink internet and solar power. We also have a water cistern in the event of an outage.

This is a four unit property consisting of two small homes (casitas) on one piece of property. You will be renting two units in one casita and one lower unit in the other casita.

No smoking inside the property. Please do not litter.
Don’t use glass or ceramic by the pool. You may be charged for items broken, lost or stained during your stay. Please take care of our place.

We are off of the famous Route 413 , affectionately called " the Road to Happiness". Our property was built by a family many years ago and is now run by our family.

We provide toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner as a starter pack. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies.
