For a West Coast escape you'll never forget, step into this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Fremont and experience total relaxation. In the heart of Silicon Valley, with access to San Francisco and San Jose, this vacation rental is truly a centrally located gem! Enjoy the home's fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, and open-air patio, as well as its location in a beautiful neighborhood near restaurants, shops, parks, walking trails, and public transit so you can explore the Bay Area with ease!

The space
The main room is open space with large screen TV including a Smart Fire TV device. It has a full sized kitchen set up, living room area, and a small work table area. The couch converts into a Queen sized bed. This room has a fan, plenty of windows, and a ton of natural light. There are 2 beds in total in the unit.

The Unit has an air conditioning unit plus fans in each room. We rarely need AC in our area, but it is there in case you need it.

The kitchen has a gas range (new in 2021) and oven, microwave above stove, toaster over, a toaster, a hand mixer, a coffee maker, and a new stainless steel refrigerator / freezer combo (new in 2021). The double sink has cleaners, freshners, and supplies under it for all your needs.

There are carbon monoxide/ fire alarms, a fire extinguisher, and access to the fuses, and its own temperature control for heat on the wall.

The Bedroom has a Queen sized (new in 2023) with side tables, ceiling fan, and large closets with full length mirrors. The closet on one side has extras including extra linens and pillows, ironing board, iron, games, foldable high chair, stroller, and pack and play.

The bathroom has a stacked washer and dryer unit (new in 2021) and soap for laundry. There is a full bathtub and shower. There is a toilet and wash basin. There are soaps and shampoos for use. In the bathroom, there is a broom and step stool for your use. It is a fully tiled bathroom in a slick modern grey slate and the shower has its own fan and light system. The door to the bathroom is a sliding door with a hand latch, high enough to prevent small children from locking themselves in the bathroom.

There is an amazing patio area for sitting, eating, or just drinking wine or reading. Seating for 4, an umbrella for the patio table, and a private area near the front gardens with its own walkway used only by the renters.
