The stay was perfect. Exactly what I needed for my temporary work assignment. Great location, and the apartment had everything I needed from coffee to detergent to extra blankets. It was a pleasure to stay there and I would stay here again if needed.
Pedro and Zulema were outstanding hosts. The warmth and kindness shown to us on our arrival (at a very late hour) was way beyond expectations.
The apartment was extremely well equipped and impeccably presented. The other great benefit of this apartment is it's location - close to a Bixi stand, a supermarket and a Metro station and less than half an hour's walk to the Old City and the centre of town. It was perfect for our stay.

Contemporary and fully furnished very nice apartment; we had everything we wished for our stay of 10 days; very conveniently located downtown Montreal ; will definitely recommend it to my friends .

While on vacation my boyfriend and I spent a week at Pedro and Zulema's condo. The location was perfect to explore downtown, old montreal, old port and only a few blocks away from St. Catherine and a 5 minute bike ride to Atwater Market. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you need to cook and feel at home, including a fantastic view of the downtown lights at night. Walking distance to a bixi hire, metro stations and a grocery store.
They made us feel welcome and well acquainted in the neighbourhood when we arrived. Would definitely recommend the condo to family and friends and we would stay here again on our next trip to Montreal.
Accueil parfait, appartement et toutes les facilités qu'apporte l'immeuble: TOP. A proximité du centre ville mais tout de même dans un quartier calme, bref rien a redire.
