Location: Discover the best of Washington's natural beauty from our Airbnb, just a 20-minute drive from Point Defiance Park, one of the state's most beloved destinations. Explore 10 state parks within a 30-minute radius, or take a leisurely 7-minute stroll to the picturesque Purdy sand spit beach. Amazing shopping and dining options in close proximity. 7-minute drive to Target, Albertsons, Home Depot, Costco, and other major retailers.
Game Room: Indoors, entertainment abounds in the game room featuring a pool table, arcade games, fireplace and a large TV for movie nights. A curated collection of board games and puzzles ensures endless fun for all ages. We also provide free streaming access to Hulu, Amazon Prime, ESPN+ and Disney.
Fireplaces: The Airbnb features two electric fireplaces, both operated by remote control with no need for firewood.
Bedrooms: Our professionally designed bedrooms cater to every need, with two king beds, two queen beds, two full beds, two twin beds, and two sleeper couches, one in the living room and other other downstairs in the Game Room. Families with young children will appreciate our dedicated kids' room and thoughtful amenities such as a pack and play, high chair, and baby bath.
Deck: Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a spacious deck overlooking the water, perfect for al fresco dining at the large outdoor table or gathering around the gas fire pit for cozy evenings. Fire up the barbecue smoker for delicious outdoor meals while soaking in the panoramic views.
Patio: Downstairs, the patio beckons guests to unwind in the hot tub or relax in the cozy seating area while taking in the tranquil ambiance.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is a spacious open-seating spa. It features two versions of the unique 3D seat with strategically placed jets that give you the option to comfortably lounge across nearby seats. Or sink into one of the generously jetted captain seats with wrist and neck therapy and take advantage of the powerful Volcano foot jet.
Backyard: Wake up to the sight of majestic eagles nesting in your backyard, all while savoring your morning coffee on the expansive deck or 98 feet of waterfront beach. Situated on over half an acre of fully fenced land. The beach is accessible by foot. However, it requires a walk on an incline and may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues. There are some patches of water and marsh lands due a natural underground spring.
Kayak & Outdoor Activities:
For outdoor enthusiasts, a private trail in the backyard leads down to beach access where guests can launch kayaks, skip stones, explore the shoreline, or simply relax and take in the fresh salt air. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the peaceful beauty of the lagoon and unwind by the water.
We provide 4 complimentary kayaks and 2 paddle boards along with life jackets. Please note, we may request you to sign a liability waiver, and you assume responsibility for any incidents that may occur while using the kayaks and paddle boards. Please inspect the condition of the items and be mindful of the currents. Understand and respect your limits.
Accessibility to the Beach
The beach can be reached via a short stroll down a slope with long steps. However, please note that there are no railings, which may make it challenging for individuals with mobility issues. The shoreline is a vibrant natural habitat subject to tidal and seasonal changes, so conditions may differ from photos. At high tide, the water can reach the grassy dunes, covering parts of the rocky beach. As the tide recedes, more of the shoreline becomes accessible. We hope you'll enjoy observing its ever-changing beauty during your stay.
Fire Pit: Enjoy evenings around the large fire pit, complete with Adirondack chairs for stargazing or making s’mores.

To access the beach, walk the trail down to the water. Please respect neighboring properties by only utilizing the beach directly in front of our home and refraining from loitering or collecting anything from neighboring beaches.
Other things to note
The number of guests in the reservation represents the maximum allowed on the property at any time, including daytime visits. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, parties or events are not permitted without prior approval.
Reservations may be declined based on guests' lack of reviews or negative past ratings.
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old.
For heat, please use the thermostat to set the desired temperature and use remote controls for the fire places. For a fun fire ambiance, use the outdoor fire pit.
For security purposes, exterior cameras monitor the front of the home, entry door, and driveway, while interior spaces and outdoor relaxation areas remain private.
As a courtesy to all guests, please remove shoes upon entering the house.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and on the deck/patio areas. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Noise and smoking are monitored.
Small, well-behaved dogs are permitted for an additional pet fee of $50. Please inquire about our pet policy when making your reservation.
Parking is available for up to 5 cars; please note that street parking is not permitted.
