This big 2 bedroom apartment is located in one of the most charming neighborhoods in Brooklyn. Located in the heart of Park Slope on a tree lined street close to 4 major subway lines. Seconds away from, coffee shops, resturaunts, grocery stores, and great shopping. Comfortable and clean. Come stay!
This apartment is located on the first floor. Only stairs that you have to climb are up to the front door of the brownstone building. Then roll your suitcase right down the hall to the apartment. Easily fits 4 people and very comfortable for 2. Lovely dining room, fully equipped kitchen, great sitting and reading area, TV in the second bedroom that is also a good place for unwinding if not using it for sleeping. Air mattress available upon request for guests looking for separate places to sleep in the second bedroom.
You will have access to everything in the kitchen and are welcome to any food and drink that is around, but not the alcohol. Please clean anything used prior to checking out and put everything back where it was found.
I try to be present when guests arrive. If not, a friend will be. I like to check-in with guests via airbnb or text message 1-2 times during your stay depending on how long the stay is to make sure everything is going well.
Two great grocery stores around the corner from the apartment. 5 minute walk to prospect park a great park for biking, jogging, being in nature, walking. Cute resturaunts and shops located on 7th and 5th avenues.
Closest trains lines are Q, B, 2, 3, R. 15 minute walk to the Altantic-Barclays Center.

We (foursome) stayed in Mollys apartment for 9 days and it was a terrific experience. Located in the beautiful Brooklyn area of Park Slope and via the adjacent subway within easy reach of all favorable spots in (email hidden)e apartment is comfortable even for four people. It has all the necessary kitchen equipment and sanitary conditions are good. The only (minor) negative thing we should mention is that the apartment lacks practically any windows in the main living (website hidden) hardly any daylight but you get used to it.

Location, location, location! For those wanting to be in the original historical section of Park Slope, this apartment fits the bill! Communication was easy and very timely. The apartment has a master bedroom, a NY size bathroom with a great showerhead, a comfy dining/sitting area, a cozy armchair and a 2nd bedroom/den. And did I mention the full kitchen (not galley!). The space is fine for 2 and doable for 4. Molly was great about getting us an extra set of keys. Enjoy!
Great location, beautiful neighborhood. Lovely comfortable bedroom, apt has ample space for 2-3 -- a bit crowded with 4 but manageable. Large dining area for work or meals and a small den, no living room. Molly is warm and generous, even helped us find a nearby cleaner who did an ironing touch-up for us in an hour. Landlord falls down in warmth dept. -- heat does not come on until Nov 1 -- we were grateful for Molly's supply of down comforters! If you're looking to stay in Park Slope, this is a very good deal.
The apartment is great, lots of space and well decorated, it is in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!
Molly's apartment was clean, comfortable and really welcoming...it was a perfect home base for a Park Slope/Brooklyn trip. The apartment is spacious, with separate living/eating/sleeping areas, and is in a great North Slope location by a lot of bars, restaurants and trains. The block and building are pretty quiet. I really can't say enough positive things about this space. Besides the awesome apartment, Molly was an amazing hostess. She was very attentive and responsive, and super helpful.
If you're looking for an apartment in the Slope, don't pass this one up!
This apartment could simply not have been better - in terms of location, space, and host. Molly was warm and welcoming into her space; giving us a quick tour and leaving contact information in case we needed help with anything during our stay. The apartment truly is in the heart of Park Slope, with the convenient Q and B trains a short walk away - and 7th Avenue Brooklyn shopping just outside its doorstep. We highly recommend this option for anyone visiting New York!
Molly's apartment is in a prime Park Slope location. It was very comfortable and clean. She made sure we are doing ok through out our stay and was very nice.
