We are an education center in Amsterdam-East and rent our rooms when we do not hold our international schools and seminars. When you stay with us, you do not only get a comfortable, private room for an affordable price in Amsterdam, but also support a progressive institute organizing trainings on topics such as global justice, feminism, and LGBTQI liberation. Please note: Elevator stops at the floor below (20 steps to climb) and we don't have AC.
The space
IIRE is located in the lively Indischebuurt. It is 15 min walk to the train station Muiderpoort, 5 min to Javaplein bus station.
From Schiphol Airport you can take the train to Amsterdam Central Station and then bus 22 to arrive at Javaplein. There are also trains to Muiderpoort from airport.
Guest access
The professional kitchen in the building is reserved for a catering company, so no access to kitchen unless discussed beforehand.
Other things to note
There is no elevator to the last floor where rooms are located. 20 steps to climb. We don't have AC.
