The space
You will absolutely love this totally remodeled home that features a great indoor gameroom for the whole family to enjoy! The gameroom has a ping pong table, foosball table, Arcade1Up Pac Man machine that has 14 different games on it, a 2 player NBA Jam countercade game, a kids oversize dart game with velcro balls and plenty of seating and a Smart Tv.

The kitchen features lots of bright white cabinetry with new countertops, stainless and black appliances including a French door refrigerator, dishwasher, electric wall oven and a countertop stove. It also has a nice bar with 3 stools and comes stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and and cooking utensils if you want to cook a nice, home cooked meal.

Just off the kitchen is a nice size dining area with a table and 6 chairs and is also open to the living room with a couch, loveseat, a nice upholstered chair with a coffee and end tables and a 65 inch Smart Tv. You will love the open concept between the kitchen, dining and living rooms!

All 3 bedrooms are very spacious and feature fresh paint, new carpet, new ceiling fans and all 3 bedrooms have their own Smart Tv. The master is huge and has a King bed, dresser, chest of drawers, 2 night stands and a nice end of the bed short chest. The master bath has new tile floors, completely tiled walk-in shower, new vanity and toilet and brushed gold fixtures. The second bedroom also has a King bed with a dresser and mirror, 2 night stands, a nice end of the bed storage bench, a Smart Tv and a large double closet to store all of your clothes. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed with a 6 drawer dresser and 2 night stands and a Smart Tv.

The hall bath also has new tile floors, new bathtub with a new tiled surround, new vanity and toilet, 2 mirrors ( one being full length) and nice brushed gold lighting and plumbing fixtures. This home also has a nice laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer, plenty of washing supplies and an iron and board if you need to iron some clothes while you are away.

The exterior of this full brick rancher has been freshly painted and features a large carport with covered parking, nice and flat front and back yards and a rear patio with some nice outdoor furniture and a nice gas grill. The rear patio overlooks the completely fenced in backyard that also has horseshoe pits and plenty of room for the children to play.
