As I said from the beginning. You are the type of guy that looking for anything to get a refund. I notice that before I approve you in the reservation.
Complaining about unhappy you are because of super marker cloth early. Unfortunately I am not the owner of the supermarket. And this is was before you check in, in my home.
You said in your message that the owner are not available at anytime. and didn't want to come see what you are mad about. I really like your honesty and all of you lying though.
You call me at 3.00 in the morning California time (because I explained to you I leave in United States) to complain because no toilet paper, I told you that first of all; The cleaning company that we take leave after each cleaning one toilet paper. So I told you if you read correctly my ad about my house you gone find that I wrote that complementary (including toilet paper soap...) are not providing by us.
You told me that you didn't read my ad and you jump on the painting on my wall and doors. Apparently you think that there is too much painting on it, I ask you a question if you came in vacation to go to the Disneyland Paris or if you came to watch my wall.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with my wall and doors you are the first guest that complaining about my painting.
So you did know what you say to our Airbnb to get a refund, so you passed three-quarter of your vacation times to take a picture and note of everything in the house. This is just crazy man!!
I AGREE you're finally find in the 2 showers downstairs a wall with out painting, you find some mold I'm the bottom corner of the shower. IT WAS CRASY, YOU NEARLY CALL THE FBI FOR IT. I guess you're the 1st telling me about.
I explain to you when you gonna leave the house I am going to bring my contractor to paint the shower wall.
So you ask Airbnb the refund of $300 for paint on the wall and you claim that there is a leak in the shower bla bla bla. YOU'RE SO FULL MR RUSSELL, THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEAK AND A MOLD IN THE WALL. Anyway!
To response on your accusations you send us an email (that I have a proof) that you gonna leave the house at 8.00am. I call the cleaning company, to come clean the house after you leaving. You wife and kids was not ready at this times so you start to explain the lady that cleans the house all matter that you thing.
The cleaning lady explain to you that there is no responsible on that, and you will have to discuss with us about it.
Finely you leave the house at 9:10am when the cleaning company send us the bill, they're charging us 1 hour supplement for waiting. But again it's all about I knowledge and honesty. I didn't ask you to leave at 8.00am you do.
This is your responsibility. And yes I asked Airbnb to charge you one hour waiting for the cleaning.
So please next time that you wrote something in your future stay, be humble and honest in comment.
I truly understand that in this economy everybody try to get money back in everything and anything.
But Mr Russell when you're lying in most of your comments to try to get refund this is not nice for the hosts home owners because our ranks be bad.
My house can't satisfy everyone, thanks God you're not the first that came in my house. And thanks to all other people that left a nice thought in Airbnb wall.
To finish it's fine with me Mr Russell, I believe in karma Mr. Russell and I know that one day you're going to pay all the nasty things and lying that you do in your life.
