Cleaning & Maintenance Staff

* To ensure the highest possible standards, the property has a cleaning & maintenance staff presence at the pleasure of the guests.
* To meet individual guest privacy requirements, the staffing presence can be reduced by contacting the host.
* The staff clean and maintain the property, do the dishes and laundry and keep the place tidy.
* The staff do not prepare food or drinks.

Inclusions

* Drinking water supplied from two water coolers - One in the kitchen on the ground level and the 2nd is located on the walkway on the upper level.
* Teabags, coffee sachets, sugar sachets, salt, pepper, cooking oil.
* A one off supply of welcome milk (750ml), medium ground coffee (200g) & 6 x small water bottles.
* Daily partial service of bedrooms: Make beds and tidy bathrooms.
* Full bedroom service including linen and towel change after every 4th night.
* Additional towel changes as per guest requirements.

Exclusions

* Any meals - Food can be ordered for delivery via the Gojek App.

Smoking

* No smoking in any of the enclosed rooms or bathrooms.
* Smoking is permitted in the outside areas around the open kitchen/dining/lounge and pool/garden.
* 2,000,000 Rp per room, cleaning charge for smoking violations.

Noise

* Please consider the neighbours and keep the noise down between 10pm and 8am.

House Rules

* No parties, events or large gatherings permitted.
* Maximum occupancy as per booking.
* Electric vehicles are not permitted in the garage - Please park on the street in front of the villa.

CCTV

* The property has two CCTV cameras with two monitors for guests to use for viewing. One monitor is on the workspace desk and the other monitor is in the outside living area.
* The two cameras cover the property front wall, front access gate and in front of the garage door. These cameras remain active 24/7.
