Very Bad experience with my booking and the host didnt follow the agreed time for breakfast and call time it ended up that we havent eaten our breakfast. And he doesnt even give accurate ferry schedule

Discussed in all previous conversations, while on booking our team has done everything possible,as in this booking, only one room was booked with the given rate, but we have provide 1 extra room without any charges as we believed 2couple cannot sleep in 1 room. Also about ferry sheduled informed by our reception was correct. Anyway we will take your concerns in taking great care of our charming hotel, our main priority is to be able to offer a very well-maintained and comfortable atmosphere. The place is quite near to the airport and airport transfer was offered to the guest at no charge. Upon check in, they asked us to pay another 50% as the price offered in airbnd is only for airbnd . As this is a hotel, they say we have to pay another 50% in which we did not agree to that. Luckily we had photos taken confirming on what was agreed in the private messages with this Mohammad that they were offering us 2 rooms with 4 beds. Finally, after 30 mins of waiting while they check with the host, they finally checked us in. In the listing it says there is a kitchen and when we wanted to warm up some food, they say cannot use the kitchen as we are just showing that we have a kitchen in the hotel. Why list it when you are not going to let people use the kitchen. We wanted to ask for 1 hour extended checkout from 12 pm to 1 pm, however the receptionist could not confirm until they waited for the manager Syed to say if it is ok . When nobody turned up at the reception, we went back to the room and in less than 2 mins, this Syed went to our room and shouted that check out is 12 pm and we have to leave immediately in a very loud and rude manner. We don't deserved this kind of treatment. After all, we were just asking and in a very polite manner too. We will certainly not want to stay in this place for the following reasons: 1. The manager Syed is so rude and treats the guests so badly. 2. Upon making full payment, we asked if hotel transfer would be provided. No reply for days. Then send another few messages to ask, if you are not providing any hotel transfer, can you tell us what bus to take and which place to stop. No reply and sms also no reply on this matter until the eve of departure, only then did they reply to say they will pick us up at the airport. 3. They are so inflexible. Asking for extended check out for just 1 additional hour, this Syed make such a big issue out of it and the hotel is quite empty. They can easily say No in a polite manner.

Stay for 2 night Clean & comfortable stay but Need to improve in customer services especially in welcoming customer... Need to careful with "payment" issue. This will spoil the rate for Golden spiral. Not feel any warm welcoming but was giving surprises by asking a lot regard of payment by person claim as director of the hotel & it's happen before giving a room instead all detail was stated clearly in Airbnb conversation with Mohamed. He acting like "not trusted with Airbnb services and us". Mohamed was not there from beginning of check in till check out to assist us with payment issue.. my advice to golden spiral... please find out the person more friendly to be at front liner like the person who preparing us the breakfast. He was good, friendly & polite in attending us. However Tq to Mohamed for fullfill our request.
