Very good apt!!! Excellent for 4 people!!
We had chosen the apartment mainly for the location in the north of Tel Aviv. It is just around the corner from the beach. There's a shop downstairs that is open around the clock and a taxi stop. Restaurants and a bike rental stations are nearby as well. The apartment is fully equipped. A little dated and could use a little spring-cleaning, especially in the kitchen. Dishes and surfaces were a bit greasy. Also the rubbish from the tenants before us was still there. But as we did spend hardly any time in, we were very content with the place. Replies to my messages by Ishay were prompt, it is apparent the place is being rented out professionally. We never met anyone in person, but all the instructions we received beforehand and also in the apartment were helpful. Wifi did also work without any problems. So, great location at a good price.
Apartment is located in a nice area with lots of cafes and bars and a five minute walk from the beach. The neighbors are quiet. The apartment itself is fully consistent with the description. Despite the slightly outdated furniture, everything is clean, tidy and is in usable condition. Both rooms have air conditioning. It is worth noting the apartment is not suited for the cold season, we rested in February and occasionally had to sleep with the air conditioning switched on heating, and move away from windows. In general, we have a great experience. Thank host for hospitality and always quick answers.
The appartment is well located, and well described, good price for being in Tel-aviv. All instructions were great correct. However there were some negative points: 1) there was not breakfast at all. 2) There were no towels in the appartment, just a little one for the hands. 3) The second "bed" did not have sheets, so it was hard to imagine to sleep there...
Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
I do not provide breakfast or any food.
There are always many extra towels in the closet.
Extra bedding already made is in the closet as the second bed is also a sofa.
But I'll add this to the ways and means sheet of the apt.
Always place for improvement :-)
The apartment was exactly as described, a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Communication with host was great and every question was answered promptly. The neighborhood was safe and close to everything. Overall a great experience!
The apartment was great. Exactly as advertised, and the location could not have been better: close to the beach, cafes, shops, etc. Ishay is a terrific host, very friendly and always responding promptly to any queries by text and mail, both before and during my visit. There was a minor problem one morning with the hot water heater, and as soon as Ishay was informed he came by to make sure it was fixed immediately. The bed is comfortable and the apartment has everything you need.
Having a grocery store downstairs on the corner of the street was ideal, if you need anything it's just one minute away. It was also convenient to have the taxi company next door, with a taxi always waiting right outside the door.
This was my first experience with airbnb, and I admit I was a little nervous beforehand about whether everything would work out OK. After staying here, I've been telling all my friends I'll never stay in a hotel again - only airbnb from now on!
If you're looking for inexpensive accommodation in Tel Aviv and want good value for your money, this is the place to be.

I'm a person who loves art, loves to walk around the older neighborhoods of the city. Take a bike trip to Jaffa and walk around its old cubblestone streets.
One of my loves is danceing, be it West Coast swing, or Argentine Tango
