Its unfair that Nathalie wrote these negative remarks. I love and take pride in what I do and try very hard to make my guests happy, you can see from my excellent reviews below.
Nathalie's remarks are untrue, the room costs $120pn. It is exceptionally clean and tidy and the photos are exactly as the room is, again please see the recent reviews...
In fact, Nathalie came to inspect the room a week beforehand and did not say anything.
But when she arrived she kept complaining. I really tried to do the best I could for her, for example... I explained that Cape Town has a drought and that the municipality adjusts the water pressure occasionally but she was still unhappy so I called in the plumber. I offered her a discount or if she'd prefer to go somewhere else but she refused. That evening I took her a bottle of bubbles and chocolates and offered her a late check out to try to make her happy.
But what can you do, every now and then you get an unhappy customer.
And now I see she is requesting a refund!?!
