*Note: indoor fireplaces are non-operational in summer months (May - Sept), though the outdoor firepit is always operational. Thank you for understanding!
Other things to note
**Pet-friendly. We allow dogs up to 50 pounds on a case-by-case basis. The pet fee is $200 per pet.
**The Pool will be open from Memorial Day to Labor Day—possibly from April 1 to Memorial Day and Labor Day to October 31, depending on the weather. Closed from November 1 to March 31.
$150 pool service/cleaning fee (when the pool is open) and a $75/day heating fee from April 1 to Memorial Day and Labor Day to October 31. If applicable, pool fees will be requested after booking confirmation.
**We do our best to keep the pool heated around 77 to 80 degrees during the summer. We use a heat pump, which pulls hot air, so the fluctuating temperatures don't allow for that at ALL times. For anything above 80 degrees, we have a hot tub and sauna for use.
**For bookings of 10+ days, there is an interim cleaning with $100 fee. We'll do our best to coordinate our cleaner around your schedule.
This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. Four Ring cameras (all exterior) face the front yard, side driveway, side yard, and backyard.
We will require a security deposit and/or ID on a case by case basis.
