The home can't offer amenities to accommodate young children and can only accommodate 2 people. If you wanted to bring a baby, please let me know. I book my answer because my goal is above all the safety and well-being of the child .

Your home" Ty Gard Thalvis" is adjoining the Ki Bleiz Guest House.
Access to the accommodation is through a lockable gate that opens onto your small private terrace.
Your private terrace has a convenient outdoor power outlet to charge an electric bike and you can store two bikes on your terrace.
Dedicated free parking for one car on a gravel parking area located in front of your Ki Bleiz Guest House. Your parking lot is identified by a sign ( Parking Ty Gard Thalvis).
Your space is step-free. However, it does not meet the specific standards for people with reduced mobility (door size and toilet accessibility). A shower chair can be offered upon request.

That's why the Wi-Fi service is not included in the listing. No complaints can be made about this since I do not commit to providing you with Wi-Fi, even if it exists and you may be pleasantly surprised. Fiber will be operational in 2027. ❗️You will need to use your 5G.❗️
⛔️This accommodation is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping.
✨️The bed is made (crinkled 100% cotton bed linen), bathrobes, towels and linens are available. Services offered.
🏖Maison d'Hôte services such as breakfast, half board, and picnic box are to be paid on site and can be booked upon your arrival or during the stay.
These services are offered as Room Service.
🏖 Access to the Wellness Area is totally private.
It includes the garden area with the swim spa with jacuzzi, the sauna, a massage bench, a terrace with a deck chair, and the indoor area with a cozy herbal tea room with plush armchairs and a lounger with a TV, a shower room, and a toilet. The price is €20 per person for 2 hours and requires a reservation either before the stay or during the stay.
No children are allowed in the Spa and Sauna Area for safety and legal reasons.
⚠️ The Wellness Area is open from May 15 to October 15.
*Your accommodation has a wood-burning insert. Logs and kindling are provided and offered only for the first fire in the off-season.
⚠️CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED in the rate for your nights. Either you do the cleaning yourself at the end of your stay, and all the necessary equipment and products are at your disposal, or you delegate it to the concierge. The cleaning fee is 60 euros (60 m² / €1 per m²). This fee is fixed regardless of the duration of your stay.
❗️There is an inventory check when you check in, as well as when you check out.
❗️You must return the accommodation as clean as it was when it was offered to you. ❗️The set of keys to your accommodation is worth €40. This amount will be requested from you as compensation in the event of partial or complete loss of the key ring.
⚠️Ty Gard Thalvis provides you with three garbage cans.
The gray bin in the kitchen is for household waste.
The blue trash can on the terrace is for plastic and cardboard packaging.
The yellow bin on the terrace is for glass.
To throw out your trash, you have to go to the underground trash containers, either on foot or by car, 150 meters from your accommodation. They are located in front of the "Le Ty Jean Bart" bar.
