Welcome to our spacious Airbnb located in Jersey City, New Jersey! Our entire unit is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms with TV in each room, 6 beds, and 2 baths, making it perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway.
Inside, you'll find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Our fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, while the coffee maker and toaster ensure you can enjoy your favorite beverages and breakfast items. Relax and unwind in the living area while watching TV.
Convenience is key, which is why we offer WiFi throughout the unit, allowing you to stay connected during your stay. Plus, take advantage of the washer, so you can pack light and enjoy a stress-free trip. Unwind after a busy day in the city with a relaxing bath in our bathtub.

NOTE: We have a quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, we have also installed a Minut in the apartment that detects noise and sends you alert when it reaches the maximum noise allowed.

*This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound and conversation) and notifies the host if it gets too loud.
Early check-in fee/Late check out fee is $25/hour. Checking out 12noon onwards will be charged a daily rate already.
We can only confirm the availability on the day of check in/out.
Essential items such as towels, linens, and toilet paper are provided upon check-in. As this is a short-term rental and not a hotel, we do not offer daily replenishment. If you need additional supplies during your stay, we’re happy to provide them for an additional fee.
PLEASE NOTE:
Upon confirming your booking, you will receive a link to your digital boarding pass. This link will serve as your central hub for accessing property information, check-in instructions, and local recommendations.
As part of the next steps and in order to receive the check-in details, you will be required to:
Complete an additional identity verification
Sign the rental agreement
Pay any applicable fees (outlined below)
***IMPORTANT***
We know accidents may happen. This covers any property damage that occurred during your stay. You can choose between two options:
1) Security Deposit ($750): A refundable authorization hold is placed on your card (not an actual charge). If the property has no damages, the hold is released automatically. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 14 days to appear back as available funds.
2) Damage Waiver ($80.25): Pay a smaller one-time non-refundable fee that can help us cover small damages and wear and tear.
