I would like to present my studio condo for your stay in the heart of Waikiki. The level of quality I offer is unmatched at such a reasonable price. I am the sole owner and I personally operate/manage. See you soon
My unit was renovated in 2013 and is fully furnished. Located on the fourteen (14th) floor, as well as a panoramic view from the large (116sqft) tiled lanai (balcony) with views of both the historic Ala Wai Canal, swimming pool and the lush green mountains surrounding Waikiki. A large table and chairs are on the lanai for you to enjoy lovely Hawaiian sunsets.
The studio have a queen size bed and a sofa bed that sleeps two as well as a double closet with an abundance of space. The kitchen is complete with a large refrigerator on the lanai and a small one in the kitchen, a two-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, glasses, dishes, utensils, & a wine opener etc.
All is provided for your convenience.
The condo has a full bathroom, which is tiled, includes a shower and soak tub. Fresh bed linens, bath and beach towels, and hair dryer are provided.
There is an ironing board, iron, and built in combination safe for your valuables inside the closet.
Free Secure Wifi inside your room, Cable TV, AC, Combination Safe, 24hr Security. You will find everything you need to have a great time.
On the lobby you will found tour and activities operator and coffee place.
The entire sixth (6th) floor is devoted to the many amenities for your enjoyment and leisure during your stay. Amenities include a very large Pool with views overlooking the Canal and mountains, Community Sized tiled Jacuzzi, Dry Sauna, New Fitness Center featuring excellent equipment and a view of the Pool while you work out, Many Cabanas and lounge chairs for sun worshipers and benches for romantic stargazing and conversation, as well as Numerous BBQ grills and tables for outdoor cookouts. You also have a Mini Market open until midnight and 24hr Laundry, all on the vast, expansive sixth floor. Security is 24hrs.
Located at 445 Seaside Avenue in the heart of Waikiki, it faces the Ala Wai Canal. It is only two (2) blocks to Waikiki beach and walking distance to all the restaurants, shops including Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and the Duty-Free Mall (DFS), and the grocery store is only one (1) minutes walk away. One block from Bus stops that can take you to any destination, whether you want to hike Diamond Head, Snorkel at Hanauma Bay, explore North Shore, visit the historic Pearl Harbor or go clubbing on Hotel Street in Chinatown or do more shopping at Waikele Outlets or Beautiful Ala Moana Mall. It’s only two (2) blocks from the beach.
You can rent a car, a bicycle or mopeds one (1) mn.
For the people who like to run in the morning or at sundown, we are across a beautiful jogging path along the canal (Ala Wai Blvd.).
You can park for free on Ala Wai Blvd. you just need to move your car on Mondays and Fridays from 8:30am to 11:30am for street sweeping. You can park in my buildings parking garage for $30/day or I can have a parking stall in the garage across the street that I rent for $15/day or $90/week( no big car).
Other Things to Note
I have also one bedroom unit in the same condo located on the 10th floor and two studios on the 15th and 29th floor you can see on my airbnb profile.
The cleaning fee $85 is included in the Airbnb price for the booking from March 6,2015.
I just ask you to respect the apartment as if it was your and to turn off the AC when you are out.
The check in time is after 3pm and check out before 11am, if I can offer you a early check in or late check out I will always do it without any extra.
Olivier greeted us with a smile and helped us carry our belongings upstairs. Clean unit at a perfect location. I can't believe we got such a great place for a great price.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. Olivier is more than welcoming and very helpful/available to answer any questions very quickly. He waited for us in the foyer even though we were running late (we had trouble getting a cab then there was heavy traffic). The apartment is easy walking distance to Waikiki main strip (less than 10 mins). It's Airbnb listings like this one that make you wonder why people would even book hotels! It is a fraction of the price and much more spacious than a hotel room with more facilities. The building also has BBQs, a pool and a convenience store that is open till late (all on level 6). Thank you Olivier for being a great host!
The unit is perfect for exploring Honolulu and has a great view over the canal. The building itself is situated near Waikiki-Beach and there is a busstop only a few steps away.
Olivier provided all the infomation we needed, cool drinks in the fridge and enough towels in every size (also for the beach).
He organized our comfortable transport back to the airport - for a very good price, just ask him about it!

I had really great time in this unit, it was exactly same as pictures, nice and clean. and the location is amazing! easy to find restaurants and shops. The view of the canal was great.
And Olivier is very friendly and helpful host. I wannted have a parking lot, he was willing to block for me. And I could have 2 hours free parking in this condo. It was really nice.
와이키키 호텔들이 가격에 비해서 많이 낡고, 괜찮은 가격에는 뷰도 딱히 맘에 안들어서, airbnb로 알아보다가 여기 콘도가 맘에 들어서 선택했습니다. 예약할 때부터 호스트가 피드백 진짜 잘해주고 빨라요. 콘도가 와이키키트레이드센터에서 커널가는 길에 있어서 위치도 좋구요. 제가 영어가 많이 줄은건지;; Olivier가 하는 말 60%도 이해 못한거 같았는데 그래도 천천히 얘기해주고, 편하게 해줍니다. 개떡같이 말해도 찰떡같이 참 잘 알아 들어주고 대답해줘요(쉽게).
제가 얘기한 시간보다 한시간 정도 늦었는데도 불구하고, Olivier가 로비에서 기다리다가 짐 다 옮겨주고, 웰컴음료랑 과일도 안내해줬습니다.
그리고 렌터카때문에 주차장 요청하니, 바로 앞에있는 주차장에 세울 수 있도록 도와줬구요. 그리고 콘도에서도 2시간 동안은 1층에 무료로 주차할 수 있으니 짐 옮기거나 할 때 도움 많이 되었습니다.
혼자 가거나, 둘이서 사용하기엔 딱 좋은 유닛인 것 같아요. 추천해요!

Our stay in olivier's condo was fantastic. It was centrally located in the heart of waikiki and access to shops, the beach and restaurants were within a 5 minute walk. The unit itself was clean and offered all the comforts of home. There was even beer and soft drinks waiting for us when we arrived. The amenities in the building were great as well as we enjoyed the pool/hot tub and also the ability to do laundry during our stay. Olivier himself was a super host. He greeted us at the door when we arrived, checked with us during our stay, and even helped to store our things when we left oahu for a few days. On top of that he helped find us secondary accommodations when we returned for our last night. We definitely would stay in one of olivier's unit in the future.
