Our home is a private residence, not an event venue. Baby showers, family reunions, and other small gatherings may be permitted with prior approval. Approval is based on the type of gathering , the number of guests, and other booking details. Gathering fees, along with additional cleaning and trash fees, will apply based on the size of the gathering. Please note that all gatherings require approval, and not all requests can be accommodated.

Note: We have a limit of one pet per stay and you will need to pay a one-time $200 pet fee prior to your stay.
