This beautiful home was renovated from top to bottom in late 2013-early 2014, with the basement renovation completed in spring 2021. Great location with plentiful, free street parking, and easy access to metro. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, four bedrooms, including a master suite with double shower head!

If you are coming for the AIRP conference, this is a wonderful choice. I have hosted these groups numerous times and would be happy to host you for your month in Washington DC!

My home is rented full time, and as such is optimized for travelers! I am a full time host, and I take my responsibility to provide wonderful accommodations to you - VERY seriously!

This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath (3 full, 1/2 bath on the middle floor) in a quiet, safe, family-friendly neighborhood. The house includes two flat-screen TVs (46" and 36") and has Verizon Fios TV and 50/25 (very fast!) wireless internet. One King-sized bed, one full-sized bed, the third BR includes a Twin size bed, with a pull-out twin-sized trundle, and the basement bedroom includes a queen-sized bed. Additional beds are provided via Queen/Twin-sized air mattresses (provided!) The space would be most comfortable for groups up to 8, but if you are willing to, the space can accommodate up to 11 people, with 5 people staying on air mattresses.

A few additional details-- unique to some AirBNB listings, you will find zero clutter. There are 2 - completely empty closets - in each of the front bedrooms for all your things; the fridge is sparkling and empty (except for some condiments) and kitchen cabinets are entirely cleared - with the exception of provided dishes and silverware (all Crate and Barrel.)

I also have a Keurig, and all the free coffee you could want/need! Plentiful/free/unrestricted street parking is available. Samsung washer and dryer included in laundry closet off kitchen. My home also has a 300 square foot deck on the rear of the home, with a grill and chairs. Perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a long day touring the city!

I am located 1.1 miles from the Georgia Ave-Petworth Metro Station, and a one-seat ride to everything that the city has to offer! I will do everything in my power to make your stay wonderful, and am happy to accommodate any special requests!

The house is entirely yours throughout the rental period (unshared). You will have access to the entire home, including kitchen, all bathrooms, toiletries, and anything else needed to have a wonderful stay!

I provide a unique code to the deadbolt prior to your arrival, so late arrivals are no problem. You simply come to the front door, enter the code, and gain access!

Neighborhood highlights

Petworth is a beautiful neighborhood, with row homes built in the 1920's. Many of my neighbors have been in their homes for 30+ years, and the neighborhood has a small town feel to it, with neighbors saying hello to each other and walking over to chat with each other on their porch.
