  • Very spacious flat in a nice location, close to everything. This was my 4th trip to Moscow and I highly recommend staying in this area. Super comfortable bed. Petrovka street is quiet, so you won't be woken up by cars. Sergey was a great host, good communication.

  • Sergey's apartment is perfect!
This was my first trip to Moscow and I had been looking for an apartment close to the Kremlin and all the other wonderful sights this extraordinary city has to offer.
The location is wonderful- you can walk to the Kremlin, Red Square, St. Basil's, GUM, the Pushkin, the Gulag Museum, and all the shopping and restaurants in between!
As a first time visitor, I didn't know what to expect- Moscow is huge and a little overwhelming, but over and over again we reminded ourselves how lucky we were to have found such a fantastic place in such a great location.
Sergey was easy to deal with from the beginning- there were no difficulties locating the building via taxi or metro.
I would definitely stay in Sergey's apartment on my next trip to Moscow and would HIGHLY recommend it to any visitor.

  • Incredibly comfortable apartment with a superb locations. Just minutes from Red Square, the Bolshoi and all of Moscow's finest shops. There's even a grocery store across the street. There's an endless supply of fine restaurants and bars nearby. The host was very helpful and friendly.
I can't think of a better place to stay.

  • This was a great place to stay. It really is modern and clean and in the center, so you don't miss staying in a five-star hotel. But it's also in a nice apartment bldg, and a two floor walk-up, with real neighbors, and overlooking Petrovka, so you still feel connected to the city, like you live here.

The apartment has all the updated amenities, and Sergey was very quick to respond to my calls. You won't regret your stay here.

  • What a great place! Unlike many/most on air bnb, this place is EXACTLY as depicted. Great use of space, so feels even bigger than square meterage implies. Everything works as it should. Location is unsurpassable - even more could justifiably be made of this in the description.

But above all, Sergey was great! You will be very hard pressed to find better or more genuine and friendly service in Moscow ... actually, anywhere!

This place really does/is what it says on the tin ... and more.

  • First of all let me say how much I enjoyed Moscow. It had been a city that I always wanted to visit, and so glad I did. I found it to be a modern, clean, vibrant city, subways amazing !

Sergey is a wonderful host who addressed a couple of problems that occurred during my stay promptly and without fail. The unit is pretty much as it is showed. Bed is so comfortable. The location is what really is amazing. Its center to all. Kremlin, Red square , St Basils all shopping and museums..Subways very convenient. Very vibrant neighborhood w/ a grocery store across street, and lots of restaurants and bars. This is not a 5 star property but it definitely worth the value you are paying for.

A couple of things that unfortunately are out of Sergey's control. There is a smoker in the building, and at night u can smell it everytime they light up. Constuction is going on in one of the adjacent units. the drilling and noise starts at 9 am and goes on and off all day. never a problem at night. Those are my only complaints.

I would return, and recommend it to anyone.

  • We had a great time in Moscow. A large part of it was a direct result of staying in Sergey's apartment. Its location is fantastic, a 10 minute walk from red square and the Kremlin. Close to a host of restaurants and important sights. In addition, the apartment has been recently renovated so it has all the modern appliances and comfort of a first class hotel at a fraction of the cost. And last but not least, Sergey did everything in his power to make sure we had everything we needed. So an absolutely unconditional endorsement. If you go to Moscow, look no further.
