Calm and convenient location

This area is easy to get around.
A contemporary 2nd floor apartment on Tavistock Crescent, North Kensington in a block situated right next to Westbourne Park station on the Hammersmith & City line. There are easy bus routes down to Notting Hill and you are a short walk away from the culinary and shopping delights of Portobello Road, Golborne Road. It boasts a sunny living room and modern kitchen, both with minimalist colour scheme and charming wooden furnishings. The flat is just perfect for a weekend break or a longer stay.

The space
This is a purposeful built social housing block, well built, insulated and well maintained with an active Tenant Management Organisation which covers cleaning, security and other aspects of the upkeep. At the moment we have building works going on opposite the block which take place from 8am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays. The heavy foundational part of the build has now been completed so there should not be too much external noise but you will see a crane and builders at work... Just FYI. It shouldn't really impact your stay.

Guest access
Guests will be welcomed by my Co-Host Tom who will meet you with the keys and a quick run through of the amenities of the property. Depending on the availability he will let you into the property and give you a quick tour as you move in. Otherwise it will neighbour, Marko. I'm unlikely to be there.

Other things to note
There is a piano in the property. It is a 1930 Model K Steinway upright. It was my Dad's piano that I have inherited. If you play the piano you are more than welcome to enjoy playing it. If you don't play the piano then I'd prefer it if if you just left it alone. Please, in no circumstances EVER put any drinks or food anywhere around the piano. Thanks for respecting the rules of the property.
