This custom home features 3 BR on main floor & 2 in lower level. Located in an upscale neighborhood & is just 4 miles from Mayo Clinic. We cater to patients in cleanliness & quality & are proud to be one of a handful of true executive homes available in Rochester. Our granite eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs or grill on the deck. The main floor king master en suite has heated tile floors & walk-in shower. Lower level has living room, wet bar w/refrigerator & office.

This home has high-end amenities and is on a wooded lot. The lower level has 2 more queen size bedrooms & full bath along with a & exercise equipment. Enjoy the outdoor deck/BBQ while taking in the views or sit by the gas fireplace and relax.
