We loved our stay in the Bungalow! It was a very cute space furnished and decorated with mix-matched antiques. My family and our dog had a great time in the home as well as exploring the neighborhood! Antique stores, restaurants, and a farmers market were all within walking distance. Only downside to the aesthetic appeal of the old house was the walls were thin and windows were drafty (we were there on a cold and rainy weekend). The heater definitely helped, but it would have been great to have instructions/wood for the really cool fireplace in the house. We loved our stay though and would definitely visit again!

This is an affordable and charming place to stay. The fireplace is the must have which makes for cozy nights. Far from the beach to be called a beach bungalow and some odd things like a hammock hanging on the wall as you walk in with hanging clips and everything but no where to hang it. The couch was so dusty I had to put a sheet over it but otherwise the shabby chic is well appointed. Bring your own knives as they could not cut a tomato, like for real, salsa making took 2 hours, but otherwise all you need pots, pans, dishes etc to have a cozy or romantic weekend. Backyard is big and spacious so bring some chairs or blankets and lay out. Super close to Arroyo Grande if that is your goal with a quaint bridge and little town that is quiet. All in all a nice stay with some cozy charm and priced accordingly.

Great location. Private, quiet, close to shops and eating. Lopez lake was great for hiking. Check out Johnson ranch and the Port Luis lighthouse (only certain days). Backyard is lovely, long, shady or sunlit. We had a great time

Great cozy house as described and true to pics. It's smack dab in the middle of this adorable Victorian neighborhood walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a creek running through town. Only 3 miles to beach. Great home base for central coast! The bed was very comfortable and towels were very soft.

Great location! Walking distance to a cute downtown area and less then 10min drive to beach. The back yard is amazing if traveling with pets or enjoy eating meals outside.

Diane's house is a special little time capsule from the 1920's that made for a very enjoyable stay for our family of 4. We loved the kitchen and really the whole house. Master bedroom was very comfortable as well. The proximity to the village was excellent and it was a nice vacation location even though we live only 7 miles away. We hope to stay here agin in the future.

Hello, My husband and I have been married for twenty six years and have been blessed with four amazing children. We originally are from Manhattan Bch CA. We wanted to give our children more space to run as they grew up, so we bought a Vintage School house built in 1891. We live here in the Schoolhouse on 2 1/2 acres, and have recently added a guest home, in the shape of a Barn. This is what we have to offer you. We are in a quiet spot in the country of AG. Pismo, Shell, and Avila Bch are a short 8-10 min drive. San Luis Obispo is a short 15 minute drive. Come relax in our pool, jaquzzi, and enjoy the wine tasting of the Central Coast. If de meal, just give me 24 hours notice, d if I am able, I will cook for you. e proper time allotment & if I'm able. I can teach a private meditation or yoga class as well, with the proper notice. I ask $25./ per meal for dinners $15./ for breakfast & lunch. I ask $45. for an hour yoga class....
We have three very friendly dogs that are quiet, and loving. We love to travel ourselves, and you will get to see the many pictires of our adventures around the world as you stay in our Barn. We love to read, the movies, and to cook. Make your stay into a true B & B and request Dianes delicious healthy cooking, from Farm Fresh vegies and local fish, meat, cheese, and baked goods. Because we have a pool on the property, it is imperative that parents only book with seasoned swimmers. We allow age 10 and up. Our family home is on the property, so this is a huge liability & a strict policy we enforce. Thank you kindly, & we love kids, although need to enforce this rule to ensure safety.
Our LIfe Motto is Live and Love Life to the fullest , share your home, your blessings and laugh a lot. Family, God, and Gratitude make up our family motto.
Hope to see you soon!
