  • Our stay at Sergio's place in Piazza Navona was a an enjoyable and pleasant experience. He was a helpful host and the apartment was very well prepared and appointed. The neighborhood proved to be a friendly and interesting one, with many fine shops and restaurants nearby. We were able to walk to many points of interest, which was a nice bonus. Great place!

  • Beautiful apartment in a amazing location. Five minute walk to Piazza Navona. Taxi stand around the corner. Walking distance to many major sights. Even though the apartment is centrally located, it is quiet and comfortable. Sergio is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would recommend to anyone!

  • We loved staying here. The location is perfect for walking in Rome. Everything was very clean and Sergio was great at welcoming us and addressing several requests. The apartment is charming. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the mattress--it is very firm. With that upgrade we would stay here on every visit to Rome.

  • My family of five (wife, three college-age daughters and I) just stayed in Sergio's Rome apartment for three nights. We had a great time in Rome, and really enjoyed staying in Sergio's apartment.

We couldn't be certain of an arrival time at the apartment, but that posed no problem for Sergio. He waited in the apartment for us to arrive, helped us move luggage upstairs, and showed us all we needed to know to use the appliances and amenities. He provided us with a map of Rome, and talked to us about the things we might want to do while there. He showed us nearby markets and shops on the map.

The kitchen is well set up for cooking, with basic staple items all on hand. The apartment was clean, with fresh linens and plenty of towels. Sergio made sure we had his phone number so we could contact him if we had any problems. The apartment location is excellent, within easy walking distance of many sights, but far enough off the busy streets to be quiet at night.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rome, and enjoyed staying in Sergio's apartment. We would definitely stay there again on a return visit.

  • You can't beat the location--just steps from Piazza Navona--and Sergio is a lovely host. The kitchen has pots and pans but not much else int he way of oil, salt, spices, but there is a good market nearby on Via Giustiana. Our only complaint was that there was a vent in the apartment that let in an awful, sewage-like smell into the smaller bedroom; we tried to block it with a towel but couldn't keep it out.

    Response from Sergio:

    Thank you very much!
sorry for the strong smell, I finally found the cause and I solved the problem
    thank you

  • Sergio was nice enough to stick around in the evening to meet with us and show us the apartment. We loved the decor and had plenty of room between the four of us. My only issue was a sulfur or rotten egg smell that emanated from one of the bedrooms. It popped up nearly every day. But once we cracked open a window, the smell disappeared quickly. The location was fantastic, and close to everything we wanted to see. That, more than anything, made it for us.

  • My parents stayed al Sergio's place for a week. They tell that Sergio has been warm and friendly, they were welcomed very nicely and Sergio took care of them when needed. The location has been perfect for them (older people who don't want to be using buses all the time and like walking). Also perfect for self-cooking for breakfasts and when they got tired of restaurants cause there were markets around. Surely would recommend this place and Sergio himself.

  • Loved it! Great location! One block from Piazza Navona and 10-20 min. walk to all the major sights in Rome. 12Euro taxi to/ from Termini station with a taxi stand a half block from condo. Spacious 2 bedroom with high ceilings, elevator, heat/AC, dishwasher, coffee maker, nice kitchen with dinner table, clothes washer, large bathroom, super hard beds, nice sofa and fireplace. Area was really quiet at night and very safe. Restaurants and grocery store all within walking distance. Very clean and Sergio was fantastic! Hope to return!

  • Sergio is very friendly and explained nicely about the Roma sights which practically all are in the walking distance. Clean, authentic apartment, good kitchen and good strong coffee offered :) A bit chilly inside during the rainy day, would have loved to have the fire in the fireplace.
