We had a wonderfull time at Pamela's guesthouse in May 2014. It's a lovely and quiet place to be with a nice big bedroom and all comfort in the house you need. Everything is clean and new. Nice view from the house over the valley. We woke up every morning with the astonishing song of a nightingale somewhere around the place.
Pamela is very helpfull in all things to make you feel at home.
Around Modica there is a lot to see about history and nature. Sandy beaches are close.
We met a lot of very friendly people on our trips in Southeast Sicily.
When we finally made it to Pamela's place, we were warmly welcomed with an excellent snack (including an aperitive), which was just the right for us after a confusing and exhausting ride through Modica's narrow and winding streets.
The view into the valley was wonderful. Same for the accommodation itself! It's a lovely, typical Italian cottage with a fireplace and high ceilings in the living/day room. Our room and the (shared) bathroom were clean, comfy and quiet. A perfect place if you want a peaceful time out during your trip through vivid Sicily.
We fully recommend this place!
Amazing place. Pamela and Co are super nice and welcoming with lots of info to offer. Make sure to check The artwork in the house! It's local in deed ;) Highly recommended. We loved it!
