Interaction with Guests
As much as you want!!
The apartment is located in a prime, picturesque area of Old Seville, just a few minutes' walk from the Museo de Bellas Artes (Museum of Fine Arts), one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. Surrounded by historic houses, squares and churches, as well as local greengrocers and bakeries, this section of Seville offers a true and authentic experience of life in this (in the words of The Rough Guide) 'irresistible city' - not just a turn through its highly-processed tourist areas.
Yet the apartment is also an easy walk to all of Sevilla's major sights and attractions - the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Barrio Santa Cruz, the Plaza de Espana, and more. Likewise, it is less than 5 minutes from the city's main shopping areas: La Campana, Tetouan and Sierpes street, El Corte Inglés ...
From the apartment you can easily reach the Guadalquivir River, the Isla Mágica theme park, the Triana neighborhood and the bus station Plaza de Armas.
In the other direction, perhaps 5 minutes' walk away, is the city's burgeoning 'alternative arts' area - the Alameda de Hercules, with dozens of bars, terraces, and restaurants, many of which offer live music, mostly for free. The Alameda is also the center of Sevilla's gay scene.
And if you're in the mood for tapas - and who isn't? - the apartment is centrally placed between most of Sevilla's leading restaurants. No more than a few minutes' walk away are Eslava, La Azotea, Mechela, La Pepona and many more.
Although centrally located, the apartment is very quiet, so you'll have a relaxed and stay safe. On Sundays you can visit the artists' market in Museum Plaza, then continue on to the antiques market in Cabildo Square.
Ideal for visits to Sevilla throughout the year, the apartment is particularly suitable for stays during Semana Santa and the Feria de Abril, as all the main sights and events are nearby and easily accessible.

This was my first time with airbnb and I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed it!! Thank you Pepe for being a wonderful host, an exceptional guide and very resourceful. All your recommendations let us experience Seville in the Sevillean way. The apartment was just the way it looks like in the pictures. It's colourful, vibrant yet cozy, in a quiet neighbourhood yet close to all the local bars and the riverside. Highly recommend it!
Pepe was a great host. It was nice to have him offer his assistance for anything and everything. We enjoyed the quick neighborhood tour, it was a nice touch! He was very helpful and a truly honest guy.
Basically, Pepe and his apartment(s) are what AirBnB was made for.. a great host, a great apartment in a great location in beautiful city. You'll see already a lot of positive reviews for Pepe, and when you go you'll understand why! Really cool guy, treats you as an old friend, and you'll feel instantly at home. He's full of advice and recommendations for whatever you would like to do during your stay-and even marked out a route on the map for us to fit everything in on our short stay. The apartment is in a prefect spot for exploring the city, but in a quiet, safe area near some really good restaurants/tapas and bars. Highly recommend Pepe, his apartments, and Sevilla..just wish we could have stayed longer!
Pepe is an outstanding host. He maintained contact with us when our arrival was delayed and was at the door to greet us when we arrived. He made us feel at home immediately, was sensitive to our prior travel frustrations and invited us to relax with some tapas and libations at a great local restaurant.
He was easily available throughout our stay and joined us for dinner on our last night. He showed us parts of Seville I'm sure we would not have found on our own.
The apartment is comfortable and as described. Most importantly the central airconditioning is excellent, an important factor in 106 degree Seville.
The neighborhood is ideal. It has a local feel in that the neighbors and folks on the street are Seville residents and not tourists. In the evenings the bars and restaurants are alive and good vibes eminate from the streets.
All in all, a great combination for a wonderful visit to Seville.
Our family of four loved the apartment, the location, and the warm welcome from Pepe. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything we needed, and in a fantastic neighbourhood, The neighbours are very quiet and while there was a bit of noise from the street, it was not a problem (we would just recommend getting into 'Sevilla time'!). Pepe provided us with great information and made sure we had everything we needed. He is definitely a 'super host'! We highly recommend this apartment!
