The Clark House embodies warm elegance and luxury in the beauty of the Bluegrass Region. It is in an upscale, quiet neighborhood that is perfect for walking and safe for families. It is within walking distance of downtown and Centre college. This spacious home is perfect for gatherings with private living areas and plenty of outdoor entertainment space. The main floor has a master suite with private living area and TV, a bedroom with twin beds that has a separate bathroom.
