Guests have access to the entire house and the garage. The only restricted areas are the linen closet between the 3rd and 4th floors, and the bedroom in the garage, which is not suitable for guest use.

Our home has multiple levels connected by stairs. The ground floor is a garage, while the living spaces and bedrooms are located on the second, third, and fourth floors. This layout may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
The elevator is provided as a convenience; however, we cannot guarantee that it will be operational 100% of the time. While we do our best to ensure it is functioning during your stay, certain factors—such as power outages, severe weather, mechanical issues, or operator error—may cause it to be temporarily out of service. In the rare event the elevator is not working, guests must be prepared to use the stairs. Please note: the elevator is not wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair, and children under 18 are not permitted to use it without adult supervision.
Minimum age requirement: In accordance with local laws and HOA rules, the primary guest must be at least 30 years old to book. Guests under 30 are welcome only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire stay.
Quiet hours in Galveston are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.
