Enjoy one of the 2nd floor apartments this three-story apartment complex, including panoramic views of Conesus lake from the wrap around porch of Conesus. Walk down to the 50 ft dock and enjoy the 60 ft of lakefront with fire pits, lounge chairs, and leisure craft.

Important: There is a 2 Boat Max. There is no slip or lift provided. Guests will have to moor their boat on the dock. Please reach out if you intend to bring your craft so we can ensure appropriate accommodations.
