Main Street Suite includes a king bed, kitchenette, bathroom, wifi, flat screen TV and off street parking. Common areas include our garden and our unique natural spring room, (the Grotto) where you can see Gadd spring.
You are located just a few minutes walk to historic downtown and its shops and restaurants.
The Suite is located at the front of the Inn next to Main Street.

The space
Gadd Spring Inn is a +140 year old historic home located on Main Street in the heart of Eureka Springs. The home is divided into 3 separate Suites. The largest being Garden Suite taking up the entire 2nd floor of the home. Park Suite and Main Street Suite split the square footage of the 1st floor of the home. All Suites have their own private outside entry door and a common interior hallway with door access for each Suite. This access allows for groups to interact if needed, and also provides access to our "Grotto”, a common area where the Gadd Spring is located. On the exterior of the home, each Suite has it's own deck or porch to take in the views during your stay, and includes a beautiful two tiered garden, and charming City park next door.
This property has stairs and uneven and sloped areas. Please consider this if you have mobility issues. Also, there are 3 available Suites, so it is possible that other guests will be staying at the Inn if you haven’t booked all 3 Suites.

Guest access
Main Street Suite has a designated parking spot on the right side of the home just off Main Street. The Suite's outside entry door is located on the front porch of the historic home. Outside seating if provided for taking in the activities of Main Street. An interior door in the Suite allows access to a hallway with photos and information of the historic home and leads to our future natural spring room, "the Grotto," where you will get to see Gadd Spring. (opening Summer 2024) Guest in the Main Street Suite also have use of our common lower garden area.

Other things to note
Don’t forget to check out our "Grotto", a common area for our guests where you will be able to see one of the natural Springs of the Eureka Springs area. "Gadd Spring" is actually located inside the Inn making the property one of the most interesting places to stay in Eureka Springs.
