I felt very welcome, Caroline was very helpful. Lovely room.
Très bon accueil chez Caroline. Logement bien décrit. Accueil au top. Résidence calme et sécurisée. Un bon souvenir du séjour.
Caroline held good contact in advance of our visit and was very helpful in finding her address. She kept watching her mobile around the time of our arrival so that she could open the door in time when I texted for help: We didn't understand how to work the device at the main for my generation is used to ringing bells rather than operating keyboards... ;)
When we got up in the morning after she had left we found a layed breakfast table with selfmade bread which was very nice.
The ground floor room itself is small with only the queen size bed to use, there was no space in the wardrobe or drawers, no chair or table so we had to leave everything inside our suitcases which we laid on the floor. The bathroom was just beside the bedroom and not shared.
Caroline offered to use her sitting room as well as the kitchenarea but when she came home from work and was tired we rather felt like giving her a rest to relax and not occupy her private space, so we went out or lay on the bed in our guest room reading...
The room was very quiet, in spite of the rather thin walls inside the apartment.
Caroline had made up the bed with fresh linen, pillows and a very big duvet and when we asked she provided towels as well.
The house itself is a faceless and partly shabby, cheaply built apartment block, very convenient to bus stop and town center which can be reached in a 10 minutes walk.
The town offers everything you might want for and has very good public transport connections in all directions.
The house is pretty, comfortable and clean. The room has everything you need and the bathroom for the guests is not shared. Caroline is helpful and nice, so we felt very good at her home.
Caroline was very kind and helpful. She was working late both nights I stayed at her clean and tidy flat, and so she arranged for a friend to meet me at the apartment block on the first night and show me the flat, how to get in etc. The bedroom was bright and comfortable. The bathroom and amenities fresh and clean. The flat is in a pleasant apartment block in a quiet area, not far from the town centre.
It has been a pleasure to meet Caroline for our first airbnb experience. She is a great and very friendly host !
About the Host, Caroline
I'm Caroline, a French girl living in Ireland for 5 years now! I love travelling, meeting new people, and hosting, so Airbnb seemed like perfect for me! I fell in love with Ireland when I first came, and I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed by your visit!
I'd be happy to have you stay over, showing you around if you like to or leaving you some space if you rather do your own things!
I also love baking, so I'll probably make a few French pastries to welcome you or for breakfast :)
In the meanwhile, I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
