The space

I offer a large double bedroom with your own bathroom. Towels and bed linen are provided. This sunny apartment is located in Navan, in the heart of the beautiful Boyne Valley, 10min walk from all amenities (Tesco, pubs, cinema, gym, ...) and on the ground floor.

The apartment has a large living room with 2 lovely balconies.
Tastefully decorated, the apartment is spacious and has all the amenities you could need. I want you to feel at home and there is a very well equipped kitchen, which you are very welcome to use. There is no TV, but excellent wifi.

Navan is only 40min away from Dublin (1 hour by bus) : this is a great way to discover Irish countryside while living so close to a big city with many tourist attractions. We are a five minute walk from the bus station to Dublin. You are 20min drive from Trim and its beautiful castle, close to Newgrange and the Boyne Valley drive.

There are plenty more attractions in Co. Meath and Dublin. I have a few guides of Ireland in the living room that you will be free to borrow, and I will be happy to provide more details.

If you have any questions about the apartment or your stay in Ireland, feel free to ask.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Caroline's place was wonderful! The location was perfect as it was within walking distance from restaurants, shops, and pubs. Caroline was very friendly, she had breakfast set for us every morning, the room was tidy and very nicely decorated, and she offered help if we needed it. We were pleasantly surprised with some cute shampoo bottles and towels on the bed :) If we stay in Navan again, Caroline's place will be a top choice! :)

I've stayed at Caroline's place a few times as a base for attending a course in Navan. It's close to the bus stops and is a really lovely room to come back to after a long day. Would really recommend for couples and solo travellers in the Navan/ Dublin area. Caroline was really accomodating of a few weird arrival and departure times with delayed flights as well.

Caroline met us at the door when we arrived and welcomed us into her apartment. The room was exactly as advertised and comfortably appointed, with a chest of drawers and plenty of closet space for our belongings. She had a breakfast table prepared for us in the morning with an assortment of cereals, coffee, tea and the usual things you would expect. We were given a shelf and drawer in the refrigerator to keep our own food items separate from hers, although we were welcomed to use milk, juices, etc. during our stay. We were allowed to look after ourselves with no problems at all. It took us a week to acclimatize to the time difference and the weather. The private bath was very nice, with a good shower and plenty of hot water. Having a washer-dryer in the apartment was a plus. Parking for our car was available on nearby Academy Street and it seemed to be safe; I had no bad experiences while parked there. We came with something of a handicap; my wife is disabled and cannot walk long distances, so we use a small folding push chair to get around in stores and the like. The ride from car to apartment and back in this chair was a little rough for her but it was manageable. A larger wheel chair with semi-pneumatic tyres would have been more comfortable on the uneven surfaces, not only on the apartment property but all over Navan as well. We shall arrange a better wheel chair next time, one that is more fit for purpose. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Because we had a lot of luggage and a folding wheel chair in the room, we crowded ourselves out of space - no fault of Caroline's. I recommend the room to younger visitors who know how to travel light. Being senior citizens we tend to carry more "stuff" with us than the average traveler "just in case," but we managed quite well. Caroline is a busy young woman with her own business but she always looked after us, baking apple tarts one day, making sure we had fresh towels and keeping us up to date on her travels. She is a delightful hostess and we shall always remember our visit with her.

My boyfriend and I stayed in Caroline's lovely home for one night. Caroline was able to provide us with everything we required. The room was cosy, and very tidy. We would definitely stay here again.

Hi there!
I'm Caroline, a French girl living in Ireland for 6 years now! I love travelling, meeting new people, and hosting, so Airbnb seemed like perfect for me! I fell in love with Ireland when I first came, and I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed by your visit!
I'd be happy to have you stay over, showing you around if you like to or leaving you some space if you rather do your own things!
I also love baking, so I'll probably make a few French pastries to welcome you or for breakfast :)
In the meanwhile, I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
