**Please note before booking** There is space for up to 5 cars (Depending on size) There is no street parking allowed or available. 2 cars can fit in the garage and 2-3 in the driveway depending on size. **The home is on a steep incline and lower-set vehicles may hit the concrete. Please plan accordingly.
This modern twist on a retro space is a great place to bring the whole family or group for a fun getaway or Utah escape. Only a 3-minute drive from the bottom of Cottonwood Canyon, 20 from Park City, and 15 from downtown Salt Lake City, this is a great fit for any group.

Things to note:
-The nightly price is good for up to 20 people. Any amount over 20 (Adults or kids, visitors or nightly guests) are an additional $50 per person, per day.
-If the property is booked for more than 20 days, guests are required to have a cleaning crew come in half way during the stay to inspect and clean the bathrooms and kitchen of the property. ($300 additional fee added on after booking)
-Please message us if you are interested in a multiple month stay and we can discuss a fair price and send you a special request to book.
-There is only parking for up to 5 vehicles. There is no street parking or additional parking available.
-We do not allow ANY events. Corporate retreats are OK.
-A rental contract is required to be read over and signed upon reservation.
-We do not provide propane so please bring your own or use one of our tanks to fill up in town.
-The ice maker does not work. Please plan accordingly.
-At the end of your stay we have a list of check-out instructions for you to follow before departure. If you would like to opt out of this we can have the cleaners do the checkout instructions for $100. Please give at least 48 hour notice. (check out instructions: take sheets off of used beds and used towels and put in laundry room, please start a load of sheets. Take out all trash to trash bins. Fill dishwasher with dirty dishes and start dishwasher)
-There are 4 security cameras on the property. One is located above the garage, another in the garage, and the third is by the front door, and another that overlooks the backyard. These are not to be unplugged for any reason.
-There is absolutely no street parking. Unload and loading is limited to 15 minutes max.
-Vaping and smoking is NOT allowed on the property. A fee of up to $1,000 dollars will be charged if cigarettes are found or smoke damage is found on the property.
Guest access
Guest has access to the entire home, garage, and back yard.
