Summer house for seasonal rent with 600m² of area and 388m² of built area, the house has a swimming pool with whirlpool, barbecue, lounge, horizontal freezer, stove, kitchen utensils, TV and Wi-Fi. The property features a first-floor apartment with 2 en-suites, a living room, kitchen and toilet, and 4 more independent en-suites, all with air conditioning, also on the upper floor. Located in the Canto de Guarajuba condominium, it is 5 km from Guarajuba beach and 17 km from Praia do Forte.
The space
Newly built, spacious and airy property, with plenty of green area, swimming pool with whirlpool, barbecue and a spacious lounge to gather family and friends. The apartment, which is on the first floor of the house, has 2 en-suites with air-conditioning, one bedroom with 1 double bed and the other 2 single beds, the house also has 6 single camping mats; living room with sofa and cable TV, kitchen and toilet. Also on the first floor, we have 4 more en-suites with air conditioning and 2 single beds in each room. All beds have a mattress protector and a pillow. We do not offer bed and bath linens. The house is located in a quiet condominium with 24-hour security.
Guest access
Guests can enjoy the entire house, with the exception of the ground floor apartment; that is, we do not have rooms on the ground floor.
Other things to note
Do not sit wet on beds, chairs that are not plastic, or on the sofa. Do not leave chargers plugged in. Do not leave lights on if you are not using the room. Do not leave the air conditioner on if there is no one in the room. Do not smoke indoors, it is only allowed in open places.
It is forbidden to: sublet the property, bring pets, take items from the house to the beach, and make excessive noise.
We do not provide extra beds, but we have single camping mats. Children should sleep with disposable diapers or their own mattress protectors brought by their guardians to prevent damage to mattresses and upholstered furniture.
If you are going to receive visitors during the day, please let the host know in advance, as only 10 people in addition to the twelve guests are allowed to spend the day in the house. Visitors will not be able to stay in the house during the stay.
