* Master bedroom: king bed with ensuite full bathroom
* Bedroom 2: queen bed + twin loft bed and reading nook underneath
* Half bath (located just outside bedroom 2)

* Sunroom with board games and puzzles, plus rocking chairs
2ND FLOOR
* Bedroom 3: queen bed; large walk in closet with nursery crib & office desk (our fiber internet is fast and reliable!)

* Full bathroom with tub/shower located conveniently between the bedrooms

Guest access
During your stay, the entire farmhouse is yours to enjoy—plenty of room to spread out. The only spaces you won’t access are a few locked closets reserved for our phenomenal cleaning team. Outside, you’ll have the game barn, fishing pond, yard and wooded hillside. I don't live on site, but I'm local in case you need anything during your stay!

Nestled in the heart of Brown County, Indiana, Blessings Farmhouse offers the perfect retreat for families and groups seeking relaxation, connection and fun. I know just how challenging family travel can be, so I've designed & furnished the Farmhouse for the whole family. If you're looking to enjoy the great outdoors, create memories together and simply have fun, I'd love to host your group! If you're hoping for a place to party, this is not the spot for you.
Need to stay connected while you unplug? The fast, reliable fiber internet and private office nook make it easy to work remotely.
Blessings Farmhouse is filled with little touches to make your stay worry-free for the whole family... baby gates, plug protectors, sound machines, bathroom grab bars (main floor only) and family-friendly furnishings. To help provide a safe and secure stay, we have exterior cameras facing the entrances and driveway. After booking, you'll receive a quick rental waiver which must be signed within 24 hours.

We also provide basic cleaning supplies—because while we don’t expect you to scrub on vacation, we know spills happen (especially with little ones).
A note about the area: a train track runs near the property, with about two trains passing through each afternoon or evening. They're part of the area’s history—and for most kids, a highlight! Sound machines and earplugs are provided just in case.
