Our cozy studio apt is great for 2 people looking to enjoy all that Orlando has to offer! Studio is attached to our home but has private entrance and yard. Universal Studios is only 8 miles! Disney World is only 25 miles! In ground pool to cool off!

The space
Our cozy studio has a new queen size bed that comfortably sleeps 2. The kitchenette is equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave, portable cook top, coffee maker, pots and pans and utensils. We have a TV in the room for your enjoyment. This space was once a garage converted into an apartment. There is a private entrance and a small fenced yard for your privacy. During the late spring and summer, upon request, there will be access to the in ground pool and patio with enjoyment hours of 8am-8pm.

Our home is situated in a cul-de-sac conveniently located within walking distance to a family dollar store. We are in a very short driving distance to many restaurant's and stores and also the West Oaks Mall and movie theater. There is a hospital 2 miles away as well. Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts, chipotle, Publix, Walmart, you name it-- its all around the corner!

We are a married couple who love to travel and explore! We primarily live in Orlando but love to get away to our Daytona Beach House on most weekends!
