This modern apartment is conveniently located across the Hudson River from Manhattan, 20 min bus ride. Bus stop is right around corner. Buses to and from NYC run continuously throughout the day and evening. After a long day touring NYC, West New York is a great place to relax, have a casual meal and enjoy the most spectacular NYC views. There are many parks for walking and coffee shops and restaurants walking distance from the apartment.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive and unshared access to the entire apartment. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions for contactless entry two days before check-in.
The entire apartment is for guests. Check-in is at 3 pm. Checkout is at 11 am.
LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS
We prioritize thorough home cleaning for every guest and have a dedicated cleaning team scheduled to arrive promptly after your 11 am check-out. They require ample time for deep cleaning, laundry, and unit preparation for the next guest, especially if they are checking in on the same day as your departure. The team performs a comprehensive walk-through immediately to ensure nothing is left behind and address any concerns.
While we typically cannot accommodate late check-out requests, on rare occasions, it may be possible for an additional fee. If approved, the cost is $30 per half-hour extension, and requests must be made and paid through the booking app the day before your scheduled check-out. This approach is to respect the schedules of our cleaning team and other members of the Airbnb community.
Other things to note
Please tell us a little bit about yourself and your trip when you book. All guests including children two years and above, must be included in guest count.
Smoking on the doorsteps or anywhere on the property is STRICTLY prohibited and you are liable for any trash as result of this
Visitors are not permitted unless otherwise communicating this with hosts and getting an ok. The only people on the property should be those included in the reservation.
We do not allow the usage of mailboxes or personal mail being sent here.
Absolutely NO moving/rearranging of the furniture.
Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
