The space
Our condo is located on the 5th floor of our 5 story condo complex. Conveniently located near the elevator. There is a 24 hour secure lobby with keyless entry. This is a small community of full time residents, guests, family, and friends. You'll enjoy getting to know the great people when you use the beach, pool, sunning deck, and tiki bar with grills. The condo is clean, cozy, and freshly painted. The beds are super comfortable with high-end materials. You'll melt into the gigantic couch as you enjoy the 65 inch TV. The kitchen has everything you need on a daily basis. The bathrooms are clean with strong water pressure. Our condo is listed on airbnb but we only accept a 30 day minimum stay. Renters are required to be vetted and approved by our Board of Directors by a supplemental online application. We have beach chairs available to use for our guests. All the best from Tom Sielatycki, Absolute Video, Kalamazoo, Michigan.
