The townhouse features 3 bedrooms on the second floor with a full service bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has two double beds with access to a big terrace. 3rd bedroom has 3 beds, trundle bed and bunk bed, also with access to terrace, both with views to the pool.
The lower or main floor has the living-dining room with fireplace, porch and small garden with direct access to communal garden and pool, full bathroom, kitchen and covered terrace next to the kitchen. In the living room the sofa opens to a double bed.
The kitchen has all the necessary cooking amenities: crockery, silverware and appliances. Washing machine, drying facilities and sink are located on the converted terrace adjacent to the kitchen.
The communal garden and pool has many mature palm trees with lots of green vegetation. The pool is within a fenced area ensuring safety for children. The townhouse looks out directly over the pool.
In the living room there is a 32 inches flat screen TV. The remote control gives access to watch movies and TV programs in their original language (English, French, etc)Together with the TV there is a blue ray/DVD player. Internet/WiFi throughout the house, patio and garden. All the linens and towels are provided including beach towels,some beach chairs and umbrellas. Special features include: mattresses and pillow covers with dust mite blockers, and water proof allergen barriers.
The area around the property
This area is referred to as the “New Golden Mile” because it is surrounded with the best golf courses (Golf Valley) and luxurious 4 and 5 star spa hotels with all of the conveniences that they offer.
Eating at the beach is a luxury treat that you can enjoy every day if you like. "La Antigua" snack bar and Beach Club is one of the choices at Costalita Beach, closest beach to the house. They are open from early morning until midnight offering breakfast, lunch and dinner with afternoon and evening shows. Or if you prefer, you can sunbathe on the lounges with parasols in grassy areas or have a massage looking at the Mediterranean sea.
If tennis or paddle tennis is your thing, the Bel Air Tennis and Paddle Club is a few minute’s walk from the villa. The facility has 9 tennis courts, 4 paddle courts, a football field of natural grass, volleyball field, fitness studio, cafeteria, terraces, playground and a professional pro- shop. All this is in a sheltered and peaceful location with ample green areas.
Viveros el Valle (green house) is also located next to the subdivision. Even if you are not there to buy plants or flowers the facility is beautiful to just walk around, sit and have a drink, or lunch in the nice cafeteria surrounded with greenery while the kids enjoy playing in the playground.
A five minute walk from the townhome takes you to the two largest supermarkets in the area; Mercadona and SuperSol where you find a huge selection of food from fresh fruit and vegetables to fresh fish, good quality meats, a wonderful selection of wines and spirits, fresh bread and bakery items, flowers etc. SuperSol also features a daily 3 course lunch menu for less than €10. Banks, antique shop, gas station, bus stop are also a 5 minute walk.
There are 7 golf courses in the immediate area: Los Flamingos, El Paraiso, Los Arqueros, Atalaya Golf and Country Club, Montemayor, Coto la Serena and La Zagaleta and many more within a 10 to 15 minutes drive.
Next to the property is the 5 star hotel Villa Padierna known for hosting celebrities and famous persons like Michele Obama and her daughter on their visit to Spain, as well as anyone who appreciates its world class golf course.
One of the most significant areas of the Villa Padierna hotel is the amphitheater the perfect stage for open-air events and performances, especially during the spectacular Andalusian nights. The Roman amphitheater is surrounded by lush gardens and statues that carry us back in time.

About Costa del Sol

May to September the temperature averages 26C/79F. July and August tend to feature the hottest weather with highs up to 30C/86F. With approximately 300 days of sunshine every year, meaning that this is one of the healthiest climates in Europe.
Golf is the sport “par excellence” of the Costa del Sol. San Pedro Beach features a beautiful “Paseo Maritimo” (promenade) with the usual beach style restaurants, beach bars or chiringuitos as they are known on the Costa del Sol which all have sun beds which you can rent for the day and very inexpensively. A wide variety of exercise equipment is also available along the Paseo for public use. Children can enjoy the many play areas. On the Paseo, you can enjoy jogging, cycling, skating, or experience a leisurely stroll followed by a cocktail while admiring the colourful sunsets.
In San Pedro Beach you will find the following restaurants and amenities:
El Ancla, which has a 5-Star Restaurant, named in the Sunday Times as “One of the top 5 Restaurants to eat in before you die!”, as well as an Olympic-sized salt water pool with beautiful grounds where you can reserve a recliner lounger for the day. Daily swimming pool pass €10.
Bora Bora : Up-market beach club with a restaurant, bar, swimming-pool, sunbeds, and water sports hire.
Chiringuito Guayaba,: Laid back beach bar and restaurant, offering the usual drinks, great tapas and locally caught sea-food. Prices are more affordable here. Also sun beds to rent for the day are available. Please note this chiringuito is only open between June and September.
Not to be missed are:
San Pedro de Alcantara Town Center with its walking promenade and church square with a water fountain and a large children's play area. San Pedro is useful for all things you might expect from a village: shops, small supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, churches, terrace cafes, pedestrian streets, Spanish style squares and a street market, (on Thursday)
Puerto Banus: Named Center of National Tourist Interest. It has since become one of the largest entertainment centers in the Costa del Sol, with 5 million annual visitors. Developed around a coastal village in the Mediterranean architectural style, Puerto Banús contains expensive shopping malls, restaurants and bars around the marina and the most luxurious yachts in the world.
Old Town Marbella: Throughout history, Marbella has become a great city that offers visitors a typical Andalusian flavor, with its narrow streets, whitewashed houses and bright squares decorated with flowers, all this and the warm, blue Mediterranean. Also Marbella has a modern section situated near the beach featuring world class boutiques, shopping centres, numerous restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours. The architecture and gardens by the Paseo Maritimo are impressive.
Day Trips: The cities of Cordoba, Sevilla, Malaga, Ronda and quaint "white villages" such as Ojen and Istan, in the nearby mountains, provide most enjoyable one-day visits. For those whose bent is snow-related, the well-known ski village of Sierra Nevada is only a two-hour drive away. It is also a beautiful day trip in the springtime for the natural beauty and flora as well as a welcome cooling break in the hot summer.
