A Few Things to Know:

This suite is located in the lower level of a beautifully restored registered historic home.

• There are no shared interior living spaces. The upstairs Airbnb is completely separate with its own private entrance.

• You may occasionally hear normal household sounds from the upstairs suite, just as they may hear sounds from below.

• The backyard, hot tub, and BBQ/smoker are shared outdoor amenities for both Airbnb suites.

• Access to the suite requires using the home's original historic staircase. As is common in many historic homes, the staircase is narrower and steeper than those found in newer construction. Guests booking this suite should be comfortable navigating stairs. Unfortunately, this property may not be the best fit for guests with mobility concerns or difficulty using stairs.

• For your comfort and safety, we kindly ask guests to use the handrail whenever entering or exiting the suite.

We also offer a full-size wooden crib for families who prefer a larger sleeping space. Because the crib is stored off-site and requires transportation, setup, a mattress protector, and additional laundering, there is a $150 setup fee.

Please let us know before your arrival if you'd like either option prepared. Both are subject to availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

The backyard, hot tub, and large BBQ/smoker are shared outdoor amenities for guests to enjoy.

As this is a registered historic home, the staircase leading to the basement is original to the property. It is narrower and steeper than those found in many newer homes, so guests should be comfortable using stairs to access the suite. This property may not be the best fit for those with mobility concerns or difficulty navigating stairs.

This historic home does have central AC and Heating. :) The thermostat is located in the upstairs AirBnB. Please reach out to us if you need help with a temperature adjustment and we would be happy to assist. There are several portable heating devices in the home as well to help with personal heat preferences. Thank you so much!
