This bedroom has a bathroom which access is inside the bedroom, so you and just you will be using it. Warm gas heated water from the top of the building, so you'll have a cascade of water, like in good (website hidden) you know, in Brazil is common to have electric showers at bathrooms, which is a hassle, believe me. Too little water. Warm water at the sinks, too. Those are details, but I believe at the end they make a difference.
Another difference is that my appartment is opened to both sides, which provides crossed ventilation, meanings large amounts of fresh air at your room if you wish, all day and nigh, if you wish There is no need for anything else than this on what concerns to feel the splendid clima of the brazilian highlands. You can keep the window opened even if it rains, unless the rain is a "tropical rain", otherwise there is a platibanda which prevents water from dripping inside the room.
For all that, I have to ask you to make sure your door is always being held by a chicken shaped height it´s there for it,or the door will be always slamming.
Also, all my bedrooms have black-out courtains on top of the lighter ones, so you can rest and have an explendid night to be ready to the next day. Details...
The kitchen is well equipped, almost too much!! =) You even can make waffles if you want, or a nice electric pan cooked rice. Just remember to use an eletric transformer (provided), because the voltage here is 220, and some of them are 110, as well as one or other device, but there are signs very visible on all of them. =)
I know I am not saying everything. But one thing is about the use of the kitchen. We will make sure its ready for you to use all the time, dishes washed, cleaned floor, empty washer/dryer, etc. But nobody can wash your dishes for you, and of course the fridge has a not inflatable amount of space for you, nor for us.=)..let's be friendly on that matter. I know.
I just have some little issues with young people around, I am sure you understand that . Another recomendation I do, specially if you are younger: do not bring food at all to the bedroom. Eat at the kitchen, and sweep the floor for eventual scrumbles.
Remember, here is just like at your home, in all senses one means =).
I have a good living room to be USED, so feel free to watch any movie you want, because we (email hidden) tv with all the channels possible, even the other countries news channels.
At the last floor of the building, there is a spot to relax: swimming pool (sun here tans perfectly), steam sauna, a completely equipped Reebock gym, and you may use the gourmet spot to call friends and make a bigger meal, there is fridge, and cooktop and oven, also filtered water up there. (See the pictue at my other ad, the one starting with a swimming pool picture . Both rooms share the same facilities.)
Any other thing may be asked, don't hesitate!
INTERNET SPEED 50 mb
access point (router) at your room. Full and fast signal.
There are 14 bus lines right at the main stree, you will take around 3 minutes walking there from my place. And if you want to prepare your trip a little before coming, there is a site which shows all buses lines, I can help you to find the one which is more adequate for you to take.
I will ask also your complete address and some phone number in case of emergy. This is important for me and you, and mandatory, though.
Warm regards and feel at home, whis is the idea.
Warm regards, Eli

Annelise tem uma casa muito bonita, confortável e limpa, me senti muito bem e a vontade lá.. Não fiquei muito tempo por isso não a conheci muito bem, mas é agradável e educada, bjinhos Annelise :)
I've been in Annelise's house for one week. The house is really good, big, always clean, fully equipped and the building it's in a really good neighbourhood, really safe and with a lot of bars and shops. The swimming pool and the gym on the top of the building are amazing, the best place to stay after a long day of walking through this giant city. The only problem can be the location, because it's a little far from city center and the other activity, but the bus stop it's really close and the bus service during the day it's efficient. I reccomend this place!
Thank you Giulio! This city is sectorized, there are residential sectors, like mine, and the center sector, which, unfortunately, doesn´t have any residence, just business buildings. Among the superquadras you will always find some as we call local commerce, restaurants, utilities and facilities, like those I showed you at your arrival. The nearest you can be from the center would be if you stayed at the Hotel Sector, North or South, but, since its a very spread city, with all those but still far from everything, because the city is spread between square kilometers of green areas, so you, who is studying architecture, must have heard that Brasilia is a city with "head, body and wheels." I can also say that the superquadras closer to the center unfortunately are also close to the subway exits, which bring nothing but workers and other people just from the periphery, making these areas much less secure than the furthest from the center. This is exactly why I live here. And as you said yourself, there is a period of more than fifteen bus lines right in front of my block.
If you are looking for a place to stay while in Brasilia, I wholeheartedly recommend that you stay with Annelise. I spent two great weeks at her place and could not have wished for a better arrangement. Annelise is extremely kind and warm, she always made sure that I was ok and comfortable, very often going out of her way to do so. The flat is lovely, spacious and tastefully decorated and Annelise will make you feel as if it were your own home! The room is very spacious and clean and the internet connection is fast and reliable. The area is also nice and safe (around 10-15 mins car ride from the centre), with some good restaurants and small shops around for your daily needs and a couple of large supermarkets further down the road. As I said, I had a great experience and would go back without hesitation. Have a nice stay in Brasilia!
Annelise's house is very beautiful. Unfortunately we only stayed there for 2 nights, but we could easily stayed longer. Annelise was very friendly and gave us a lot of tips about the neighboorhood.
The room is large and has a nice bathroom. And the bed is really comfortable! The internet is a little bit slow, but it does work.
Overall: very good price for a very nice room with a great host!
