Private Bedroom with Queen size Bed in a modern 3 bedroom apartment in Astoria, New York, only 2 blocks from the train station and 15 minutes to Manhattan. The bedroom does not face the street so it is very quiet. We stay in the other two bedrooms which is located opposite end from private master bedroom so everyone feels they have their own space and privacy. Kitchen is available anytime for coffee, tea, sandwiches, use of fridge, coffee maker and microwave as much you want but no large meals cooking. The apartment has high ceilings, hard wood floors, bedroom has a large window and air conditioner during summer time. The apartment receives plenty of sunlight. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with everything you could need minutes away. We are a 10 minute ride to LaGuardia airport and 20 minutes to JFK. Astoria is one of the best neighborhoods in Queens. It is 15 minutes or less from Midtown Manhattan. It's also a hop, skip, and short drive over the Triborough Bridge to Harlem and to the Bronx. Astoria Park is smack on the East River with gorgeous views of Upper Manhattan and the Queensboro and Hellgate Bridges. Please feel free to contact me with any questions!

The place is really clean. Neighborhood is very safe and it's really close to the subway. My friend and I had a great experience during our stay. I highly recommend it.
My whole stay at this room has been pretty comfortable. Edward is a helpful host. If you are well aware with the subway system in New York then this is a very convenient place to stay.
I was very comfortable stay in there,,
Thank u so much and I will try one more time
The apartment is as described and shown in the pictures.. Convenient location and in a nice neighbourhood!! The bedroom is nice and sunny!! However the host was very unfriendly since the first day, Edward just gave us the keys showed us the bedroom and left. During our one week staying there nobody in the house would say hi or even give a smile when we crossed each other. The first day we would say hi and they would just stare at us,which of course made us feel very uncomfortable and weird. Since the other comments here suggest that the host was ok we thought that maybe the problem was that we are a gay couple. Other than that the room was ok
The host is so sweet and very nice. The whole house is very clean especially the rest room! The walk to the subway is a bit of a drag, but if you dont mind walking 15 mins to the subway its not so bad! Definitely would book again here!
